He lectures me like a child on how I'm to call if I'm picking my dog up outside of hours. I try to tell him i worked this out with the lady and he cuts me off and tells me no I didn't and continues his point. It's clear that he's the type that can't be wrong even when he is. This was embarrassing and unprofessional and the wife must not have a backbone because she didn't even speak up to defend that WE had made a deal in the first place. Won't be using again. The second time I used them, which included overnight and daytime visits I was ECSTATIC. She has a team of highly capable, engaged employees who spent the needed time and attention on my pampered pooches. The house always looks great when I get back and the minor chores like bringing in the mail and paper saved me a lot of legwork getting ready for vacation. But, wait....there's more. This time, I had a major airline fail and spent 28 hours traveling instead of 6. I was in a panic and needed another overnight stay by her sitter and I wasn't sure if I'd hear back in time to get on the next endless leg of my flight. Well, Dawn to the rescue! She got a sitter, sent her over on VERY SHORT NOTICE and my pooches were again well-cared for.
