The shop is clean, they abide by the current COVID-19 sanitizing directions, they take great care of our puppies, and I would go nowhere else. The communication between the staff and the client is fantastic. They don't answer their phone, and they won't even show you your dog until you pay. We ended up having to call the cops because the owner refused to show us our dog was okay, even after we told her we suspected abuse/neglect, and she even tried to refuse to release the dogs to the cops. I now have to take my dog to the vet for a physical examination to make sure she wasn't abused. Less importantly, she got a bath before we brought her in, and now smells like rotten sewage.

Over the years, Dr. Bender has saved my dog on multiple occasions and helped make sure he had the best life possible! Until recently, Dr. Bender has been the sole veterinarian there and works 6 days a week without a break. She is dedicated to what she does and does it well. My dog and I recently meant her new partner Dr. Kelsey and she is great as well! The entire time I have taken my dog there, Dr. Bender, Dr. Kelsey, and their AMAZING vet tech/support staff (shout out to Ashley, Lora, Hannah, Julie, Amber & Chelsea) have answered all my questions (trust me, there were many) and concerns and made sure my dog was seen whenever he needed to. I know he was not their only patient and it had to have been difficult to squeeze him in, but they never made me feel like I was wasting their time. And on one of the worst days of my life, when I had to say goodbye to my beloved pup, they went above and beyond and made sure it was a peaceful, comforting experience.
