I was very cold because I was left 5 times, one time for 6 mins, during my massage 120 min massage, with exposed wet feet. One of the other massage techs came over and apologized as I was laying there waiting for the girl to keep coming back. He put a towel over me and a leg support under me. Very nice guy. So my combo massage was bout 95 mins vs 120 due to starting late and she kept leaving. When I booked I mentioned I had a 20% off. When it was time to check out they had me standing there late for work for 12 mins while they called around to see if they felt like taking the 20%? It gets worse. After I had been there 2 1/2 hours now due to my massage starting late and then them wanting to hold me there until the owner could get there which was unbeknownst to me, the owner flew up in her car and attempted to bully me out of accepting the promo that I told them I had before even booking. I told her it was not going to happen. That they were going to take a non-expired coupon that they have produced at some point, while claiming they've never made a coupon?
