As soon as I have my name I was asked if I had a chance to return the paperwork. Confused, I asked what paperwork & was shown what I was to have completed. I said I didn't receive any paperwork by email. No problem, I was given the paperwork to complete & I did. I was taken back by Krystl around 5:10. We didn't actually start the massage until 5:15. I know the appointment time includes meeting with the massage therapist, so that wasn't a big deal. We then finished the 90 min massage a 6:30. Now, math isn't my strong suit but I'm pretty sure that is less than 90 mins. No? Is it just me? Krystl was great. Don't get me wrong about being annoyed that I booked a 90 min massage & did NOT receive a 90 min massage. I am totally annoyed by this. Krystl was great with her pressure & really listening to me & my problem areas. She was definitely effective & helpful for what I came in for. But, my two complaints are: (1) I did not actually receive a 90 min massage that was booked & that I was charged for. I did receive the first time discount & wasn't charged for the cupping, so perhaps that was the reasoning & logic for not giving me a full 90 mins? Or perhaps they thought I wanted a 60 min massage & gave me the cupping & that's why I paid $99. I don't know. Why didn't I say something while I was there? Too tired to get into the details of it. I don't know that it was worth the hassle or that anything would have come out of it. Especially since I had seen complaints about being shorted on time. So, looks like it's a common theme. (2) Krystl's hands were a little on the cold side when we began the session. Nothing horrendous or stop the presses for, but the hands were cold. I gave this a 4 star review because I couldn't figure out how to give a half star or if thats even allowed. Overall, happy with Krystl. Not happy with receiving less than I booked & paid for. But, because I received less than I booked & because it appears to be common place, I will not be returning. Masks were worn. I was able to take my mask off while face down & then placed it back on when I turned over. Hand sanitizer was available as soon as you walked in. Temperatures were taken when someone entered.

She then explained how she does her reiki sessions, what her process was like, aftercare and recommended other treatments based off her findings discussed the next day.
