I call and talked to their customer service. I was told that I had until 2025 to use them up. Went in to get a massage. Only to be charged. When I had over $500 saved up. They had "expired" they told me. It was only February of 2024. When I told them who I talked to they told me that I was wrong and that never happened. I walked out without paying. I will never be going back to a company that just takes money from their customers. Especially such a big amount. In the economy we are in. You lost a long time customer because you guys got greedy.
