Loyal to the brand... This is not an indictment on them, but those laws in Jersey not allowing nicotine sales at vape shops anymore . I called first, just to make sure that they are open. It's a pretty large store and dealt with Josh. He was very helpful with navigating that law in the state. One can buy accessories, such as coils, mods and sub-tanks to fill your vaping needs. Now you have to buy your e-liquids at 0-mg. Then add your CBD oil and a sweetener to mix and match. 3-mg is my speed so one has to mix and match on these products. Those sweeteners are sold 3-mg & 6-mg in nicotine. They currently have 6 or 7 different sweeteners depending on your taste buds. Those juices are available in only 60-ml sizes currently. Therefore one has to grab a bottle of 0-mg of juice, add that CBD oil, plus that sweetener to mix and match your taste buds. Or just bite the bullet if you will, and buy those tobacco flavored e-liquids. I've never been a fan of that flavor, just have to become serious vape person to figure this out. I am new to electronic cigarette and I bought a 200$ set up and the guy didn't properly explain how to use it so I apparently burnt my Cotten and he told me I had to buy a new coil. I took one puff and the thing broke. Then after all that instead of explaining how to use it he gave me shit about trying some oils. He said I can't try the juice, the guy was so rude. I will not be going there also there was a baby in there with all this smoke. I'm sure the township won't appreciate this. Look at the picture. I first want to say, I have been shopping at this store since they opened. I've bought 2 mods, 5 tanks, coils, and plenty of juice from them. I have also referred a lot of people here. I had always enjoyed coming here until I received the lack of support on an expensive purchase. I HATE writing a negative review on a small business, but when you take my hard earned money from a loyal customer for a defective device, and not support it at all then it is important potential customers know what they may run into before they make a purchase. I bought an SX Mini ML, this is not a cheap mod. One of the features of these devices is a gravity sensor that detects what side you are holding the device and rotates the display so you could read it upright either way you hold it. This one I purchased when I first fire it up does not rotate properly, so for a few seconds to a few minutes I'm looking at the display upside down. It works properly after that until you put it down for a few minutes...pick it up and it happens again. I went to the store the next day, the employee saw and confirmed what I was talking about and told me he couldn't do anything about it, I would have to come in the next day and speak with the manager. I also feel the Vape on this device is not consistent, but 2 employees tried and could not see the same thing....this could be subjective, I get it, but nonetheless, the gravity sensor is defective. I went back and spoke to the manager, fired it up, and sure enough the display didn't rotate as it should for a few seconds. The employee that saw this also confirmed once again he saw it the day before. The manager handed it back to me and tried to explain that this inconsistent defect "could" actually be a feature? He didn't feel it was defective because the sensor worked after it didn't work? He offered no support, would not exchange or refund and after I asked would not contact the manufacturer on my behalf. I am not new to vaping. I have had previous versions of this device that worked correctly, and I have seen reviews showing the gravity sensor on this device working correctly. I was not born yesterday. I picked up the device and walked out of the store for the final time. They got all the money they are going to get from me, and unfortunately I can no longer support this store. read more

I typically order my vape products online, but recently stopped when I found Good Guy. Now, I can walk into their shop and buy what I need instead of ordering online and waiting for the delivery. Alex is very knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer all of my questions. Once I had purchased the wrong e-liquid, so I called to see if they had what I needed in stock. Not only did Alex remember who I was, he confirmed that there was stock and put it aside for me. Both times I went in for this tank the staff was very helpful and extremely nice with trying to figure out its issues. There was only 1 other customer and 2 workers and I went in to buy juice while the two workers were talking to the 1 customer who was clearly a friend of theirs and kept me waiting for literally 10 minutes at which point they came up to me and asked me what i wanted (literally wanted to just buy juice and leave as quick as possible) in a rude way. They tried to rush me out ASAP. Will not be returning here and will be going to my usual Montreal Vape Shop down 18 where the workers are friendly and their selection and prices are way better as well. Great vape shop to go to. They don't have the largest selection of juices but they're still pretty damn good. Prices are reasonable, just about as competitive at every other place around. The only difference here is the staff, which are knowledgeable and have had the same people working there for awhile. It's good to see familiar faces and not walk into these random no name shops that have different kids working every other week. I absolutely love this place, I used to drive over an hour away to go to the Clifton location and am so happy they opened up the store in east brunswick. The staff is very professional and very helpful with everything wether it be with mods or selecting a new juice. We just moved to East Brunswick from North Jersey, and this is the best Vape Shop I've ever been to!!! From the first moment I walked in, Pat greeted me like we were old friends, and all the people at the Vape bar were cool, we all ended up talking. It seems they are friendly with the regulars and even know their names. It was so much fun. I was getting my first high powered mod, and didn't know much, and Pat was sooo patient with me as he taught me all the features and how the buttons worked. I love their selection, they had really nice colors it was hard to choose. Also, the prices were sharp, because I'd been researching around and online for a awhile, so I said something to Pat- and he said the owner really tries to have good prices. I like that, good honest business. Since then, I've come in every week for a new coil and to try new juices, and by my second visit, they knew me by name. The different people in there are totally cool, and it's a great sober escape from two kids and my mother at home! I come in for an hour or so, try new juices, get new stuff, leave feeling so much better!! The conversations are great- I love that place. It now needs a Foosball table, and maybe some more desserty, non-fruity flavors in their selection, but I always find something. Excellent customer service! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and purchase. I was a first time vape purchaser but went in knowing I wanted an IPV5. Other than that I needed to be walked through the entire process of deciding which tank, battery, juice, coil, etc to even get started. They gave me a full crash course in vaping and they literally spent well over 45 minutes answering my questions, showing me the options for necessary accessory items, and setting up the items. I've been to 3 other stores since and have had nowhere near the level of service. Another customer here on my first trip told me they drive from an hour away just to come here and I see why now. I was back again yesterday to buy some E juice and sure enough got the same great service even though I was only making a small purchase this time.
