The place has the BEST PRICES in town and is fighting to stay that way. As a blue collar man in my twenties I wouldn't be able to rationalize my only hobby into the budget without this place. Yeah, it's not as equipped as other ranges but if you're looking to shoot your gun and hit some paper at the most economical price then it's worth every dang penny. Nowadays it's in good hands with Stephen at the helm, he was always my favorite guy to see manning the counter when I would come in. Jeff, another previous owner, helps around out of a sheer appreciation for the community the bullet hole has fostered. There's been many different owners over the years, the place is no-frills because there's not a lot of money in the industry as well as specifically Stephen is just in it to keep the values it's always stood for. There's not a ton of sq footage - but it means they didn't just "hire someone" to fill that space, seems to me that everyone that works there helps out, which is great. You're not getting random help. I had a transfer issue with the sending party just not understanding how email works. I came in, somewhat irritated that I got no answer over the phone. I'll admit - I was an ass - and it was one of those weird moment where you can see yourself being an ass out of body, but you can't stop it. In short -the owner could see and hear me asking questions about the process that I didn't understand (not my first, second, or 10th ffl xfer), but it's THEIR business to run, not mine. I beat up up on someone that didn't have access to the FFL books (which is a good thing these days, look it up), so he didn't have any info ABOUT my transfer - which really bothered me as I didn't want to spend 2 hours on something that should take 5 minutes. Owner figured out the issue with me on the phone with the other dealer in minutes. Problem solved. Owner is a bit introverted but once you get him talking - he knows his stuff. The guys (and girls) here aren't asses about their knowledge. They KNOW their stuff, and they don't shove it down your throat OR - here's the important bit for me - they are NOT a picket place for people's political beliefs. That's important to me. I get that elsewhere, I don't want it there too. I appreciate that they don't REALLY get into it with you there, which is great. Believe what you want, but let's have a good shooting experience. Their gun rental is NOT modest for the size of the place. They've got a few machine guns you're NOT going to find elsewhere - namely the MP5 SD with a full auto trigger sear pack. Just google what it costs to acquire one. Then consider what it costs to PURCHASE an HK (German) MP5, then consider that you're going to loan it out to people who don't treat it the way it should be treated (with care). Looks like it's seen action - performs like it should. Folks - that's almost 50k on the table in that one piece. Period. It's not cheap. Most important bit - I'm not nickeled and dimed here. Targets are cheap af, range time is by the minute. This is important bc I sometimes stop by to blow off steam, test a new load, or just send a few downrange to make sure I remember which end is the front. It's a part of my habit - stopping buy once a week or two to say hi and put 20 mins in a lane. Overall - solid 9/10. No one gets a 10, there's always gonna be a minor issue, 9mm is going to be 75c a rd, whatever - it's a cascade economy and that's how the pew pew stuff works. It changes. Deal with it. We all want it, it's going to cost more. I recommend this place for SURE. It's not a 3 floor facility with bunks and a lifetime commitment. It's a range and they know it. They don't care that I police my own Starline brass (it's expensive), and they've loaned me tools before. Good people, safe place, and they're local. Everything I look for in a biz. Solid recommendation.

Call it a personal opinion but I feel there's no reason to shoot here unless you; A) Do ISPA or whatever the competition stuff is called, B) Can't afford 88 Tactical but think you're higher class than The Bullet Hole, or C) Live around the area and it's uneconomical to drive to cheaper/better ranges. I'm partial to The Bullet Hole at the end of the day, I shoot for 4+ hours a week often going multiple days of the week with a guest, thats fully covered by membership over there ($450). $900 at Inner 10 gets you all the same benefits just a bit worse in like every way. Cant stand a place with Range "Safety" Officers either, excuse my zoomer terminology but it's giving chud, it's giving chud in every possible way. Gun "Unc" ascension is choosing Bullet Hole or 88 Tactical, every business in between is jestermaxing. Wait back to normalcy for my conclusion; I did buy a terribly overpriced AR here, however the free range bag they gave me with it is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. Great bag, lovely bag, they're on the right page with their taste in bags.
