The teachers are nice and my kid has so much fun there after he was there for few weeks. The tuition fee is pretty fair too.

We felt it right when we spoke with MsEmily for the first time way back in 2018. We were on the waitlist for a very longtime but the moment they called me to confirm there is an open slot, I didn't think twice registering my then 4 yr old son to this beautiful school! Fast forward 2026- I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to you and St. Mary's as an institution for shaping my son's academic journey. This Thursday, he will be receiving the Honor Roll, and while I'm not sure how big of a milestone it is officially, I am extremely proud and excited because he scored 3.74 out of 4, earning A or A+ in all subjects. The strong foundation provided by your school has made a world of difference. Honestly, when we first enrolled my son, I was concerned about how he would adjust to a new environment and a traditional 8-3 schedule, especially since this was not a Montessori setting. I worried about his performance in math, science, and social studies. However, my concerns quickly faded when I saw how easily he adapted--finishing homework in just 5-10 minutes during the early months. It was clear that the teaching approach and support he received made learning feel effortless for him. Thank you for your dedication and for creating an environment where students can thrive. We truly appreciate everything you've done for our kids. I miss stmarys! And great job MsNel List is long on why StMarys is a great school and worth each penny! I truly appreciate you and your teachings! Looking back, I remember how scared and unsure I was when we continued with St. Mary's in 2nd and 3rd grade. Today, my list of gratitude for Ms. Nel, Ms. Nancy, and the entire St. Mary's institution is too long to express fully. The way St. Mary's teaches core concepts--multiplication, division, addition, subtraction, science, and language--has given my child an incredibly strong foundation. Two-digit multiplication and division are now a piece of cake for him! To our surprise, transitioning to another traditional private or public school has not been as challenging as we feared, and that speaks volumes about the quality of education at St. Mary's. Honestly, St. Mary's level of education is much higher than UCA. We deeply miss so many things: the organic food, the innovative tools, the no-screen rule, teachers who truly teach rather than relying on YouTube, the humane approach to breaks, creative playtime, and the productive after-school care. The list goes on, and it shows how much we value and miss St. Mary's. You are absolutely shaping future leaders, adaptive thinkers, and high achievers. Thank you for everything you do.

The Teachers and staff are all so amazing and truly love our children. I have never had to worry about her while in their care. That is a big deal to us. Highly recommend this amazing school.

All teachers are wonderful and very patient and kind. Teacher Jerry, also the manager, is very understanding and knowledgeable. They even have a security guard at the door that's there (not always). Other than that, amazing place and hope to return one day. Thank you Heavenly Care!

My husband and I have flexible schedules and have showed up to pick up our kids and dropped them off at all different times throughout the day. Additionally this person with the 1-star review has a total of 14 reviews on yelp and 12 of them are 1-2 star reviews... it says a lot when you have terrible experiences everywhere you go.... I have a 4 year old daughter and a 2 yr old son. Both my kids have been at Heavenly Care since they were 3 months old. Today I had to give my notice to take them to another school because we are moving and I broke down crying. I love this place so much. If it wasn't so far from our new house I would have driven quite a bit out of the way to keep my kids here. In fact this place is currently a 15-20 min drive from my house and I gladly make the drive because my kids love it so much. I have known other parents who also drive pretty far to come here. Both of my kids excelled here. They did an amazing job helping to Potty train my daughter. By the time my kids were 18 months they could count to 10, sing their "ABCDs" (as my kids call it) and they knew all their shapes and colors. My 4 year old knows what a trapezoid and rumbus are... I didn't even know what a rumbus was until I saw my daughter teaching my 2 year old. Lol I can't say enough about this school. The teachers are all amazing. My kids still go back to the baby class and give hugs and say hi to the teachers in that class. My children formed serious bonds with these teachers. They talk about them at home and my kids have NEVER had a bad experience here. Even with my 2year old being a bit of a handful. These teachers truly care about my kids. They talk about their development and ask me questions about how we handle things at home or they give me advice as to what is working for them. They sing lots of songs, do lots of art, learn every day. At 2yrs and up they provide food. They are very accommodating of allergies or anything your kids need. My daughters best friends are at this school. I've even become close with the parents of the other kids and we go to birthday parties and have Disney play dates out side of school. I recommend this place 1,000 times over again for anyone looking for a preschool/daycare in the area.

It was a very emotional transition for us, as it was the result of our trusted nanny retiring unexpectedly after a cancer diagnosis. Trusting someone other than the women who had become our family was incredibly scary, and after touring several centers I knew we found our home when we stepped in Lil Blue Heartwood. The director was warm and welcoming and as we toured each class we saw loving teachers doing fun activities with their classes. Some of my favorite things about the center are: - Communication from staff. I always get updates throughout the day on naps and feedings, what activities they are doing, and adorable pictures They respond quickly if I ever check in or have a question. - Lots of outside time! They play outside at least 2 or 3 times per day. - Flexibility. A lot of the centers we looked at only had options of M/W/F or T/Th, but we were able to enroll here M/T/W which works best for our schedules. - Privately owned! During our daycare search we realized that a majority of daycare chains are actually owned by the same parent company (childtime, la petite, Tutor time, everbrook) allowing them to artificially inflate prices and give a very factory feel. I highly recommend checking out Lil Blue Heartwood's Instagram if you want to get a feel for the center. They highlight some of the fun experiences for the kids as well as their staff development days.

Sarah is also sooooo very nice. They have library day on Tuesday. Chapel every Friday. They have school events and activities all throughout the year. Miss. Jane in the office is always smiles and the door is always open for questions. (I've had a lot) they have 3 different areas for the kids to play in. Clean classes and organized. The school properly is well maintained. All the classes have the teachers names and rm numbers. So you have to guess the teachers don't change hands too often. The school has been around for a while. A long while actually. And even though our family is not Christian. We are Catholics. I love the way they teach the children and the interactions between staff and students. I am only in the Pre-K area also. The one down side of this school is the parking and getting out when school is out. CRAZY!!!!!.... But. Everyone is very polite when letting others go by. So if you are interested. Stop by. And ask questions like I did. I hope this helps.

This was his very first time being away from us since birth, so of course he cried a lot in the beginning. At his previous "first" school, they actually kicked him out on day 4, saying his crying was disruptive to the other kids. As parents, that was so discouraging and disheartening. Ms. Kelly and her staff at OTDS were the complete opposite. They never made us feel like his struggles were a burden. They knew crying in the first few days was totally normal and worked with us as a team to help him adjust. He did cry for the first few weeks, but the staff showed so much love, patience, and compassion. Ms. Kelly is also very communicative and the school has an app where parents can see pictures and videos from class. It's the sweetest thing to get updates of the kids doing art, story time, music, or just playing together. The rest of the year turned out amazing. OTDS is such a fun and nurturing environment. They do holiday celebrations, invite parents to events, have music time, outdoor play, sensory and pretend play, water play in the summer, and even a little garden. All of the teachers are wonderful with the kids, and you can tell Ms. Kelly is really careful about who she hires. Because of the growth and confidence our son gained at OTDS, he started public school this year and had a great first week. We're so grateful for everything the school gave him and highly recommend them to other families.

One of the things that gave me the most confidence as a parent was how excited my daughters were to go each day--they would often ask when they could go back to school!
