Easy and excellent communication with Casie. Both Red Cross and American Heart Association classes are offered. Watch the videos on line at your convenience and pace before the actual class. The classes are held in a comfortable room in downtown Bradenton with ample parking right there. Great instruction with several mannequins to practice your skills on ( CPR/ breathing/ AED/choking) and receive your certification card upon completion. Casie was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and truly a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Look forward to renewing with her in two years.

This was an EXCELLENT CPR COURSE!! Nelson is a retired Firefighter EMT and has been giving these CPR classes for years. He is extremely experienced, patient and kind with a good sense of humor. He went thru adult, child and infant CPR techniques and what to do if adult, child or infant are choking. He also showed us some First Aid techniques. Nelson explained and demonstrated everything in detail. He made sure everyone understood and performed everything correctly. He arrived with a mannequin for each of us to practice on and gave handouts with all the information on it to refer to. I highly recommend Nelson's CPR & First Aid Training. You never know when you will find yourself in a situation where unfortunately you will need this training.

Juan clearly stated each modules objective, enhanced the training with relevant examples and posed thought provoking questions to encourage discussion/interaction. He demonstrated techniques using various training aids prior to attendees performing return demonstrations.
