Everything afterward has been unacceptable. I left my Oakleys inside the tow truck after paying the driver. I called afterward, and they denied having them. They admitted to seeing my glasses and that I did remove them inside the cab of the truck, but then denied that I had left them -- talk about circular logic. The owner was also rude & dismissive that I had called back. Then things got much worse. I created a virtual card specifically to pay this towing company. They were the ONLY people I gave that card number to. After my original review, someone attempted to make an unauthorized purchase using that exact virtual card. My bank's fraud department contacted me and flagged the transaction. Draw your own conclusions. I will never use this company again, and I strongly recommend anyone dealing with them watch their belongings and monitor whatever card they use to pay.

We filed a AAA claim to get assistance and also called the police. Within minutes, Nate F. called us to first see if we were okay and confirm our location. We]called the police due to our location on the highway being extremely unsafe and no space to change the tire. The officer arrived and then left us! We couldn't believe he wasn't going to keep his lights on to not only protect us from getting hit by oncoming traffic but also prevent other drivers from hitting the same pothole. Within minutes, Nate arrived, immediately had his flashing lights on, and started diverting traffic to keep everyone in the safest position possible, given the situation.
