This time, two young men came out to do the service. One of them entered our home without wiping his shoes and did not wear shoe guards, nor did he offer to put them on. They also did not put anything down on the floor to protect it prior to bringing in the cleaning equipment. While they did work quickly, they spent much of the appointment chatting loudly with each other. Both the couch and cushions were very wet when they finished, but maybe that is normal?
