The process involves driving through their warehouse building, and dealing with very confused loaders. The guy on tap didn't know what space heaters are, despite having the paperwork in front of him. He also didn't know how to operate them, then he forgot the base stabilizers which keep the unit from tumbling over. Returning the items was equally tedious, from wise-guy salesmen that can't answer simple questions., to customers that backup the pick-up / drop-off tunnel to shoot the breeze with the wise-guy salesman. This place is mediocre at best...similar to AutoZone and Checker, where the employees are irritated that they have to be nice to the customers

We asked for a partial refund and they wouldn' t give one. We are a not for profit organization and this was a one time rental. they offered a 20% discount on a future rental which we will never be able to use. very disappointing that something could be rented out in this condition for a cost of $157.77 !!

She said that they had no request from me via their website because their website doesn't work. (huh?) Asked me to repeat the entire request over the phone which I was happy to do. She stated that she was new and she made several derogative comments about the company - this did not impress me. She stated that she would absolutely call me back that day and if they could not get the items then she would provide 2 referrals that she stated would absolutely do it for me. NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN. 11/10/21 - Tried several more times and at last gave up. 11/11/21 - Went to a competitor who was more than happy to take my order and help me!
