We recently used Always B Poppin for a 50th anniversary event and ordered a balloon display…read more Krystal was very responsive and kind leading up however it's in the execution and collaboration with the event venue that things went south. Krystal had requested to drop off marquee numbers and was 2 hours late, so the venue people were no longer there. They ended up setting the whole display up outside so when I arrived, I had to move everything myself with the help of the venue staff. Above all this drama, the execution of the writing on the display was horrible. They used 3 different fonts and the stick-on writing you'd find at a budget craft store and it just looked like a total hack job. I let her know about my disappointment after, but no response. Definitely was not worth the money.
