I had the offer on my phone, and when I got up to the counter I managed to lose the email and it was going to take a couple minutes to find it again (I'm not the most screen-adept user). Because my wife loves all kinds of smells, soaps, mist sprays, lotions, etc., she always drags me to B&BW during mall visits, so I've slowly becoming accustomed to the nauseating lemon-hibiscus-mimosa-ocean-breeze scents that assault you upon entering. This is kind of huge for me because I can barley stand the candle aisle at Target. Beyond all that, the employees are pleasant although checkout is annoying, especially if there's a line.
