They sat and waited while all four barbers (three men and one woman) were working on clients, and one barber even had someone already waiting. I stopped in a few minutes later during my work break. By then, they had been waiting about 15 minutes. The female barber finished with her client, but instead of taking the next person, she and her client stood at her station talking for another 10 minutes. When he finally left, she still didn't say a word to us and then walked into the back room. At that point, another gentleman came from the back, greeted us, and asked if we had been helped. I explained that we hadn't even been acknowledged. He apologized, and my son sat down with him. After I showed him a photo of the haircut my son wanted, he told us he wasn't great with that style and that the female barber--who had ignored us--was better at it. When I asked how long it might be, he said she had just gone on break and would be about 10 more minutes. We were willing to wait, but we could overhear her tone while she was discussing the haircut with the barber who had recommended her. We couldn't make out what she said, but the tone came across as irritated or complaining. At that point, we no longer felt welcome. Overall, the customer service was disappointing. It's unfortunate, because it seems like they're skilled barbers--but the way we were treated made us choose to leave.

I personally use Joe. He used to be the owner. He does a good job and also enjoy my conversations with him. We both like traveling and drinking a good glass of wine so we have that in common. The place is situated just off the Tradition square so it is always a jammed parking lot. There is no appointment thing - so you just put your name on the list and take a seat. There are about 10 chairs and the place is usually humming - so trying to find a good barber is essentially a 1-10 gamble. I tried maybe 2-3 of them and finally settled on Nicole - and she left like three haircuts later... so back to square one. The place is nice - clean, bright, two smallish tvs with some sports going on. The wait can be extensive if you go on weekends so plan ahead. Prices are average - give it a shot, it might be the place for you. Parking lot
