Sometimes things just aren't a good fit, and in this case I think this agency isn't a good fit for me personally.

You aren't alone to navigate this crazy world of airline travel...she is your advocate and your friend! I also used her to book my personal adoption travel and she was amazing to handle that and all the crazy of that quick trip.
