My husband and I worked with Renee at Unforgettable Honeymoons to book our amazing island hopping honeymoon to French Polynesia (Taha'a, Bora Bora, and Tahiti). Renee was prompt with her email responses and phone calls, and she was able to set us up with several deals (upgrades, small wedding gifts, bottles of champagne, complimentary meals, etc.) with the hotels that we were lodging at. Renee took care of our domestic flights via Air Tahiti and boat transfers in French Polynesia, and all we had to do was book our flights to LAX, and from LAX to Tahiti (PPT). We were always taken care of from the moment we stepped off the planes and greeted with flower leis at 2 of our destinations! If you have the chance to go to French Polynesia, I highly recommend it because it's absolutely beautiful. I couldn't believe this is the same world that we live in! A deposit is needed to hold your reservation, and the remaining amount is due 45 days before you depart (great way to rack up those travel points on your credit card!). We felt like the overall price was fair for our destination. FYI: French Polynesia is NOT a budget destination and there are NO all-inclusive options... the most you can get at a few resorts is a complimentary breakfast buffet. Print out several copies of your itineraries to give to the hotel when you check-in. Amazing Cust Service and response time! We had to reschedule our honeymoon 3 times due to covid! And yes, we lost money due to this, but not Unforgettable Honeymoons fault, but rather the airlines!! No matter, Rene' at Unforgettable Honeymoons was there for us. Each and every time! Ready to handle the logistic nightmare, of changing reservations at the resort and not to mention the 4 flights to reach our destination on the other side of the world, Iru Fushi, Maldives. Just returned from our 10 day honeymoon in Greece (Santorini, Mykonos, and Athens) after booking in April/early May with Bridget at UH. Let's start by saying- Bridget was amazing to work with! Very personable (finding the humor in my auto correct), keeping us updated in changes in availability due to our delay in booking- but those changes were actually to higher rated hotels/resorts. We had a last minute hotel change for just one night due to damage to the hotel that was caused by a hurricane- Bridget forwarded us the emails that came directly from the hotel itself, and she even persuaded the hotel into giving us two free 45 minute massages and a dinner voucher for 80 euro to the hotel restaurant. The seaside massage was amazing! Thanks Bridget! Bridget was up front with us that she had never traveled to Greece, but had a coworker who had been and could provide any additional advice. We wanted to add an additional day and Bridget's suggestion to add it to Santorini was perfect. Our hotels/resorts at each stop were amazing. We had no issues with transfers, and everything went very smoothly. We felt that the price of the trip was very accurate to the price of what hotels were offering had we booked them ourselves- but the convenience of having it all booked and scheduled through UH was ideal especially since we were planning an Indiana wedding from Texas. I was nervous a week before as Bridget emailed me that she would be out for a week but provided contact information for another agent/ I didn't need to contact anyone for anything though. But I did hear from Bridget by phone the day before our trip to let us know of the hotel change. We were very happy with UH!! No complaints! read more

We recently just came back from our honeymoon in Costa Rica that was planned by Maryann at Unforgettable Honeymoons! If you're a newlywed who doesn't want the headache of planning another huge event, Unforgettable Honeymoons is your best option! I'm usually very hands-on when it comes to planning things but I just couldn't bring myself to do it after planning our wedding. I've never worked with a travel agent before but I don't think I can go back to planning things on my own. After reaching out to UH regarding their Costa Rica package (Which was reasonably priced and exactly what we wanted) Maryann helped us every step of the way. Everything you could think of from room bookings to transfer bookings, etc. At the very last minute, Maryann had to rebook our honeymoon because we were affected by the historical San Bernardino blizzard and literally couldn't leave our driveway (It was actually declared a State of Emergency!) I felt sick to my stomach knowing that there was a chance we couldn't go on our honeymoon or lose out on so much money. But Maryann was so calm, collected, and was able to rearrange our honeymoon so we could go on it a few days later. Thank goodness for that because it was the most magical experience! Long review but the main point is...book with Unforgettable Honeymoons! My husband and I recently returned from the honeymoon of our dreams! We cannot thank Maryann enough for helping us plan the trip of a lifetime. We got married in March 2018 and my husband first reached out to Unforgettable Honeymoons in November 2017 to begin planning our Italian honeymoon (originally scheduled for June 2018). He was put in contact with Maryann, who was extremely warm and helpful from the start. Unfortunately, the wedding planning took over our schedules and we did not reach back out to Maryann until after we got married in April 2018. She remembered us and wanted to help, but she did let us know that many of the hotels they prefer to work with have already been booked up and that flights were pricier than usual due to high season and the fact that we were booking so close to leaving. After heavy deliberation, we decided to wait a year. Even after researching many options for us and guiding us through our decision making process, Maryann understood and told us to reach back out when we're ready to go. We finally contacted Maryann in January 2019, ready to book our honeymoon to Italy for June 2019. We told her our budget and she came back with a price even slightly under budget. We told her where we wanted to go and for how many nights in each location, and she handled the rest. Our trip included airfare to Florence from Miami, a private transfer from Florence airport to our hotel, 3 nights at a beautiful hotel in Florence that was a 5 minute walk to the Duomo, 2 nights in a swanky bouquet hotel in Ancient Rome, private transfer from the Naples train station to our GORGEOUS hotel on the Bay of Naples in Sorrento for a 4-night stay to end the trip, private transfer to the Naples airport, and our airfare back to Miami. There were no long layovers and our drivers were always there waiting for us upon arrival. Two of the three hotels also had champagne waiting for us in our room when we checked in. Every hotel was unique in its own way, but the best part of each hotel was its location. We stayed in great, walkable areas in each city. During the planning process, Maryann also gave us 2 hotel options in each city and let us look them up to decide which we would prefer. We felt totally part of the decision making process, but also not overwhelmed by having to plan this trip on our own. I would highly highly recommend booking with Unforgettable Honeymoons. We were sent an anniversary certificate and we can't wait to book another trip with them knowing that it'll be stress free and wonderful. After COVID-19 hit, the team was SO fast to push our dates back a whole year, no change fee! Renee was fabulous!! I will definitely work with her again. I called her with no plan besides I wanted a destination wedding. My now wife had seen a picture online and said I wanna go there. I called Unforgettable Honeymoons and from the first time I talked to Renee I could tell she was a pro a this (no it was not my first call I had been at this for a few weeks but had not felt ready to give any of them my money yet lol). That is just what I needed was a pro because I had never traveled out of North America before. After talking to her twice in two days I was ready to pull the trigger and even she said that's fast are you sure. Laurie Vaulk was super helpful from beginning to end, and we even had a surprise card and bottle of champagne from her at our last hotel destination. Emergency customer service gets 10 stars!!!! I had an emergency situation in kauai and I was able to get a hold of someone quickly and they rectified the problem to where I didn't have to do anything. I would suggest to them however not to go through alamo any longer for rental cars, please see my other review on them. We used this site to help us book our honeymoon in Hawaii. I must say the plans that the company made went very smoothly as the airlines, hotels and car rentals were all ready for us. Although we had some hotel problems (construction, cockroaches) this was not the fault of Unforgettable Honeymoons. As we had booked the hotel way before the construction was planned. ( the hotel also emailed me prior and said there was no construction, big lie) We worked with Renee, who was able to get us a room in Hawaii, that was less than what I could have gotten. Being a control freak, I like to be in charge of my own travel, but it was nice to have Renee to keep us on track. Renee had excellent insight and tips that she had provided us with, as well as coupons which she mailed us well in advanced. I did take one star off because she called me while I was on my honeymoon to go over the itinerary details. However, I don't think she realized this mistake because I booked the first part of my trip on my own, since I had hotel points and airfare credits to use. My wife and I recently went to Moorea and Bora Bora for our Honeymoon, and I couldn't imagine booking another destination trip without the help of Unforgettable Honeymoons! From the time we walked on the plane, to getting on our final boat transfer to leave Bora Bora, everything was beyond exceptional!! They started us off in Moorea for 3 days and nights. We had a 4 pm check in, but we landed at 7 am that day. The staff at the Pearl Beach Moorea resort greeted us with refreshments, and were able to get us an early check in at 9 am! We had to take a few plane and boat transfers to get back and forth from the different islands, but at each stop of the way, there was a person waiting for us to show us where to go and coordinate with the baggage handlers to get our luggage. Whenever we had a question, I could simply email or call our representative (Heather), and she would promptly reply with all the information we requested. This was my first time flying internationally, so I would have been a little lost knowing what I know about traveling to an international country without the help of a GOOD travel agency. And Unforgettable Honeymoons delivered at every stop along our journey. We had lots of fun in Moorea swimming with sharks and riding ATV's in the mountains. At first, I was wishing we had taken an extra day there UNTIL we landed in Bora Bora, and quickly I realized why they have you spend 5 days and nights there. Wow. You really don't even need to leave your resort when you are staying at the Pearl Beach Bora Bora. The food was amazing, prices not as high as what some people were saying (Maybe $105 USD for dinner for 2 including 2 bottles of wine, one to take back!). We did venture into town across the Motu from us (5 minute boat ride), but everything we needed was at the resort...snorkel equipment, paddle boards, mini golf, and lots of Mai Tai's!! When I was originally trying to plan this trip booking hotels and flights individually, it came out to be about the same price, so don't bother wasting your time. I gotta give it to her, she was helpful and honest when it came to cost of certain places even though price was no problem for us, but the thought was nice. After narrowing it down we picked a place and was quite thrilled. She was dead on about the ambience on the place we've picked. I had a couple of issues with her, one she fixed and the other I never got a response when I emailed over seas, but its all good. I sensed a little attitude from Leah at one point through email, but once I gave her a phone call to verbally get things straight we were good to go. Here is a brief rundown on our stay: Jalousie Plantation was fantastic. The views were out of this world--we just couldn't get enough of them! Food was average to slightly above average there, but that's to be expected. Service was very good. At times it felt like we were the only customers they had, which was great at times, and not so great at others (it made for some boring night life). The rooms were very cool--we loved the cottage feel to them, and of course, the privacy. Leaving Jalousie was hard for us because we loved it so much--I could go on and on about it.........St. Lucia is a beautiful Island and the Volcanic Pitons took your breath away. Unforgettable Honeymoons offed prompt, dedicated, and downright cheery service. Their customer service is what sets them apart from the Travelocitys of the world, not to mention every other travel agent I have dealt with. They added a personal touch to the planning stages of our trip that you just can't put a price tag on. In the midst of wedding planning, setting up the honeymoon wasn't the fun, anticipatory experience it could have been. Neither my fiancee nor I had the enthusiasm to make the calls, do the research, book the flights, etc. We were also ignorant about new locales and had our thoughts confined to places we'd already visited. We found Unforgettable Honeymoons online and liked the look of many of their travel packages. We called, spoke to Renee, and within a few minutes she had us chattering like a couple of kids on Christmas eve - full of excitement about what we could see and do. We selected their Fiji, Sydney, and Great Barrier Reef package. We upgraded to Qamea Resort & Spa (paradise) and added an extra day in Cairns/GBR because of the early flight out on the last day. All we had to do was wait and dream of how incredible it was going to be. It was, indeed, incredible. Every accommodation exceeded expectations. Every transfer was handled without question. Every concierge, cab driver, and check-in agent had us on record. We printed out an emailed itinerary and carried it with us, handing it to whomever needed to see it to facilitate our experience of a lifetime - that's it. I don't know if we paid too much or if we could have done a bunch of leg work and gotten better deals - I doubt it. Our initial impression of this agency was fantastic- Heather our agent was fast, curteous and responsive. We booked straight away and made final payment for our honeymoon in Mexico way before it was due. We went out of our way to get the marriage license copy before leaving on our honeymoon, as the paperwork we recieved said we would need it for our honeymoon perks. Upon arrival at our resort, we handed the license to the receptionsist who looked bewildered. We explained that the we were on our honeymoon and she said no one had made them aware. They even pulled up the reservation in front of us and no mention was there. Our room was in the farthest area from the beach possible, and we had to pay $300 for a better room. To top it off, the category of rooms that were booked for us did not include any honeymoon perks, and we had to pay an additional $ 240 just to have the honeymoon perks we thought we were already getting. We emailed unforgettable honeymoons and they told us they made a note of the honeymoon in their initial reservation but that they couldnt force the resort to read it Serioulsy? Ever heard of a phone call to the resort a day or two before the arival of a couple to remind them? A message waiting for the couple at the reception desk at check-in wishing them a wonderful honeymoon?? Contrast this to my friend who booked through a travel agent (at the same rate as I paid) who got a flower arrangement and bottle of champagne delivered to her room from the travel agency on their arrival during their honeymoon. Bottom line- there were no perks and staff not even aware it was our honeymoon. Had I known the company cares only about the initial sale and not the experience, I would have called the resort myself to make sure that all was arranged. Trust me, when you are paying thousands of dollars you want to feel special, not have to fork over extra money during your honeymoon just to feel like it is your honeymoon and not a common vacation. Bottom line, book through a local agent, the perks I've heard about are way beyond the nothing at all honeymoon related experience we had here. BTW, after paying the extra money, our resort was fantastic. But I knew the resort was amazing even before calling Unforgettable Honeymoons because TripAdvisor is every travelers best friend. read more

For one, it's free to use their service - and they get you incredible savings on the hotels you use, and pick high quality hotels! We were able to customize each trip to the islands we wanted to see, and every hotel on each trip we were greeted with a sweet note and bottle of wine, or fresh fruit which made us feel so special. The staff at each location were always accommodating to our questions, and the hotels were always centrally located so that the main sights were within walking distance! They even give you a personal itinerary with recommendations on beaches and restaurants, they are quick to respond, and follow up with you before and after your trip to make sure everything is taken care of. Leah from Unforgettable Honeymoons was extremely helpful when it came to booking our honeymoon. We waited until pretty last minute to plan it and had no idea where we wanted to go. Leah was patience, accommodating and very helpful with the planning. We received different price ranges, locations, etc. to choose our final destination. We ended up going with Breathless in Cabo San Lucas. Highly recommend - all inclusive, amazing food, great location. All airport tranfers were also set up for us, which was very stress free. I went around online searching different sites e.g. orbitz, travelocity, and travel agencies looking to book a trip (one that I proposed on) for my girlfriend and I. I stumbled upon Unforgettable Honeymoons site and ended up calling them. At first I was not all too sure that it was a good move as I have never used a travel agent before. However, I did not want to screw this one up and could not trust a site like orbitz, or match. They releived me of that worry, after hearing what they had to offer and how knowledgeable Heather, my agent, was with everywhere in the entire world. She ended up finding me a spectacular trip to St. Lucia. I found a cheaper price on one of those websites and after telling Heather that I was not going to use her because of the price difference she was able to beat the price of the website! The trip was amazing and exactly what I had dreamed. We went to Ladera and Sandals Grande, a cool split stay that she recommended, and loved both places. It fit my budget and blew my, now fiance, out of the water. I have already started planning my honeymoon with them and cannot tell enough people about my trip and experience with a travel agent. read more

My husband I used Unforgettable Honeymoons in 2018 to plan our honeymoon to the Maldives and it was absolutely the most amazing vacation that we have ever been on. Every single detail was taken care of and planned by Unforgettable Honeymoons and they did not leave a single detail out. Because of the success of our honeymoon, we were looking to plan a anniversary trip back to the Maldives this year. Renee, Leah and I went back-and-forth many times answering all of our questions and concerns given the pandemic.
