Two words: "Rosemary chicken."
What the hell am I talking about, you say? Well, I'm talking about Good Munch, a kiosk located in DLSU's own foodfest, Agno. Rosemary chicken is one of the two most ubiquitous chicken dishes in all of Agno (the other being Carics' General's Chicken), and for good reason.
If you think it'd be healthy cause it's herb-cooked, then you'd be dead wrong. Just like anything else in the area, they fry it in lots of butter and lots of salt. However, what's pretty great about Rosemary Chicken is that you can actually taste and smell the rosemary in the chicken. I mean, you have to just appreciate that a subtle flavor is discernible in a quick-cooked dish. Good Munch has little else on its menu other than beef, fish, and pork alternatives that aren't nearly ordered as much, but it doesn't need to. As long as Rosemary Chicken remains a Lasallian staple, it shouldn't change much anytime soon. read more
