Despite this, the limo remained at the cemetery after drop-off. When we addressed it, the driver apologized and specifically told us we would not be charged for extra time, because he was not taken us back. The next day, our credit card was charged for an additional hour. I contacted Dave, who originally handled the booking and amendment, expecting a professional conversation. Instead, he talked over me, raised his voice, refused to let me explain, claimed he had recordings, and then hung up on me. His behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate--especially given that this involved a funeral. We have the amended agreement clearly stating four hours of service and ultimately had to dispute the charge. Due to the lack of professionalism, compassion, and accountability, I would never use or recommend MK Limousine Services.

Each one will have their own little waiting areas and you will walk directly to the plane. No jet ways here. Another neat thing is you can oogle planes all you like as you drive in and taxi. I decided to utilize the service so I called back at 7:00am and the driver arrived at 7:15am. The driver brought a Square Card Reader attached to a mobile phone for quick and easy credit card payments on the spot (receipts will be emailed to you). He handed me his business card. The driver was professional, neatly dressed, and courteous.
