I absolutely love this store ! The knowledgeable and professional staff are wonderful. There are so many vitamins and supplements to choose from, they do not mind assisting you. I went to buy more vitamin C and I did not see the large bottle of Vitamin C with Rose hip. Long story short the young woman with curly hair (I should have asked her name) helped me find an even better vitamin C. This brand also contained bioflavonoids which she explained is beneficial to your vascular system. I'm a big fan of Good Nutrition which is a Korean owned local chain of health food stores. They have fantastic prices on all the good brands of vitamins such as Nature's way, Blue Bonnet, Solaray, and Carson's. They're always 20-30% cheaper than whole foods or GNC and because they're discounted they don't sit on the shelf as long as the ones at other stores....that means their stock is usually fresher.. just look at the expiration date to be sure...I also find their staff to be well trained and knowledgeable about all aspect of the items that you are about to purchase. Let say you go in wanting to buy vitamin C...well they carry about 50 kinds...they can give you the pros and cons of every brand....such as whether the company buys ingredients from China or gets their source from the US, etc.... I came in this trip because I've had this dry cough for weeks. It's allergies but still it's drying me crazy. I bought some Sambucus which is basically Elderberry and in 24 hours it knocked my cough out. Best of all it was about $13.00 and no doctors.... Thanks guys for a great experience. This is a vitamin / supplement / health food store located in a run-down strip mall near the intersection of Holcomb Bridge and Hwy 9 in Roswell. Same parking lot as Mazzy's and the Salvation Army. It's kind of a small, dingy looking place and it's definitely crammed to the gills with merchandise. Mostly thousands upon thousands of little vitamin bottles. I have no idea how anyone finds what they're looking for in here, because all of the bottles look the same and I couldn't discern one "section" of supplements from another. Fortunately the staff seemed very friendly and were offering to locate things for each customer as they walked in. The reason I ventured in here is because Good Nutrition is one of few stores in the area that carries PB2, powdered peanut butter. That stuff is fantastic! Much lower in calories than regular peanut butter and I sprinkle it in yogurt, protein shakes, on desserts, what-have-you. It's like nutty crack. Plus you can get it in chocolate flavor too. Sold! From what I could tell, the prices at this place are pretty standard. They had some nice sales on whey protein powder when I went in. I'd go back again if I needed some kind of supplement... or another jar of powdered peanut butter. That's far more likely. read more

I wrote the following on behalf of a friend who was too traumatized to write her ordeal. How does one inflict pain? By stabbing a vital organ? Perhaps. By insulting your deceased relatives? Maybe so. But what about silence? Can silence ultimately inflict the most pain? My story begins not long ago. I was out running errands and/or volunteering for the homeless shelter. I won't dabble in the petty details. Either way my mind, my life, utter chaos. And as I neared the end of my proactive day, with my pro-activ clear skin, I stopped at the health food store. Little did I know this is when my true battle would begin, and I would fail to emerge unscathed. I needed assistance finding an item. Again, I am not one to dabble in petty details, so we shall call this item "oxygen". I kindly asked the employee behind the counter, the only employee there,mind you, that I could not find my desperately needed oxygen. He points me in the direction of it, but alas, I searched high and low, and came to no avail. I once more asked for some assistance, and he once more told me where to look without showing me. Perhaps I was blinded by the tears stemming from his betrayal, but I could not fin the item. Nor could I find good service. All he could tell me was "maybe we're out". Maybe??? Could he not confirm that? Maybe I am out of patience, good sir. Maybe I am out of oxygen, out of hope. He told me he could not leave the register, even though there was only one other costumer in the store besides me. I thought my relationship with this man was intimate, but I could tell his trust in me, along with my regard for him, were both depleting. read more

I was referred here for their wide selection of vitamins. I visited this place yesterday for the first time and was very pleased. The staff immediately greeted me when I walked in and asked if I needed help. This establishment has a very big selection of supplements and very knowledgable of the products.
