At 550am we called Yellow Cab, due to car issues, needed a last minute taxi to Orlando airport for an important business trip. Spoke with Johnny Mac who asked how soon needed, when I explained he said he was sorry but due to the distance of drivers/airport/etc he didn't think they could get there in time. I thanked him and proceeded to review list of other taxi companies. I then received a text from Johnny letting me know if another Taxi co who might be able to get here sooner to help us. What a surprise and a blessing! I was able to call them and my husband did not miss his flight. MR. JOHNNY MAC is an awesome asset to Yellow Cab. His kindness even though he clearly was busy, did not go unnoticed. Even though we were unable to utilize Checker Cab I would recommend then! Greg was great! He arrived on time, helped us 50+ women in the van and handled all of our many bags of luggage that we had overpacked for the cruise. He was very professional and personable. He supplied ice and water and we came with out "extra" beverages. With the van's Bluetooth capabilities, we were able to JAM all the way to Orlando and back. His level of professionalism was/is unmeasurable. He dropped us off at the door of our various stops and picked us up without a problem right where he left us. After 7+ hours, we were returned to my home "safe and sound." I note that a couple of the ladies inadvertently left items on the van, i.e., cellphone and glasses, and when I called Greg, he searched for the missing items and then swung back to the house with t heir things. Marcus sent us a text when we let him know we were off the plane and about to head out to meet him. Marcus sent us a photo and gave very specific instructions as to where to meet him. Once we got picked up, Marcus was very friendly, making sure the climate was good for us in the vehicle, had water for us and made the travel really pleasant. I couldn't recommend Panda's service any more strongly. They are total pro's!
