They really went above and beyond to explain , his condition, procedures, medication etc. The ED nurses and doctors/ staff again fantastic. The ED was very busy with patients. He unfortunately had to stay in the ED overnight prior to getting a room at 3 south. They made sure he was as comfortable as possible and all needs were met. He also had to undergo a procedure, again fantastic care in short stay from all staff involved. They went above and beyond explaining what was happening. They also were wondering accommodating my 2 teenagers and myself. Every staff member had a smile from the bottom to the top. Very happy with his outcome and he is finally home resting!

This last time i called the patient advocate office 16x with no resolution! 2. Lebanon VA prosthetics office definitely doesn't work for the patient at all! Applied for a ramp to access my home giving full details. The 1st time was denied. I appealed and was approved. A ramp specialist did an estimate and gave it to the Lebanon VA. Never heard anything back. Tried to call (14 March 2026) and discuss with no viable response from (sounded like from rep) Stef, chief of prosthetics. Called wh hotline (7 May 2026). Received call 14 May 2026, from what sounded like pronounced Stef Morland, from prosthetics. She said a letter would be sent (it's only 7 mos late) ramp denied because not enough space available. I told her there is space available. She became very kurt and would not discuss further and could appeal the decision. Why is it so hard for deserving veterans to be denied the help they need to access their home???

I live down in the southern end towards the MD line but this hospital was worth the drive! I had an appointment for a EEG awake and drowsy with a CTC named Connor. Connor gave me a whole new perspective on nurses, he made me realize that there are still good people out there! I was extremely anxious and had terrible anxiety before the test, but my CTC Connor reassured me during the entire process. He explained the procedure very thoroughly. He made me feel extremely safe and comfortable and was so kind! I would definitely recommend Connor for your EEG! The environment alone in the hospital was pleasing. You don't feel judged or bothered. You feel safe, and comfortable. I would highly recommend this facility for any sort of treatment! The nurses and staff are so kind. The name speaks for itself..Good Samaritanhope to have future appointments here!

Scam. Went to the Lebanon Medexpress across the street the following day, the Doctor there actually seemed to care and took his time examining me. Prescribed me some medication that fixed me up a couple days later. Way better experience and worth the money.

An hour passes I'm told around 2 or 3 I will be seen. I check with the front desk explaining I've been here for longer then told and I was then told I'm 7th in line and for me to wait another hour. I waited another hour to be told I'm next. After being told I'm next 3 other patients are being seen before me. I could understand if they were slammed with patients but they are not. The service was awful, I do not recommend coming here.
