Our enthusiasm was misplaced. The store was small, the selection was limited, and the prices were 30 percent higher than the same bottle at other stores. We were not greeted when we entered; were ignored as we browsed while the two women staffing the store talked loudly with one another, swearing a blue streak; and were not acknowledged when we eventually made for the door and walked out. Ended up getting a nice Josh cab sav @ the nearby Kroger for under $14, while Hamlet wanted $19 and change. To be or not to be? With this Hamlet, it's a big not.

The event was very well organized and the store is FILLED with unique wines and items you can use such as wine bags, chillers and more. We walked in and assistant manager John warmly greeted us and gave directions for making the purchase prior to getting in line. Met some totally awesome people while waiting to meet Morris and Malcolm who were in an area at the back of the store. It was a hoot to have other customers ask WHY there were so many people in the store! After having our picture taken we received the signed bottle and John bagged them for us. I noticed so many UNIQUE wines, including some made in Michigan while we waited that I can't wait to return to really SHOP!

Nicole checked us out and was very pleasant and made casual conversation. We got home and my husband realized he didn't have his wallet and maybe left it on the counter looking for change. I called and spoke to Pasquale. He was friendly, asked to verify identity of license in wallet and had it waiting for him at customer service. Total Wine Corporate, I work in retail. It was then the incident happened as I was leaving the owner stopped me and I quote "Don't come back here if your just going to walk around and look at stuff and not buy anything. I don't have time to watch you". I just simply replied that I won't be coming back. A truly rude and inconsiderate owner. Who had nothing to offer but price gauging a customer. Just a terrible store that treats it customers as if they are a bother to have in the store.

The business is great, the workers are some of the friendliest you could meet, and it's a great little neighborhood market again. They had regular Zyns and the European Zyns with higher milligrams. The person working also helped me pick out a cigar (which I know nothing about) and give me a couple cigar boxes that I could use as gift boxes absolutely cannot recommend this place enough if you're looking for any liquor, tobacco products and anything like that definitely stop in.
