we used Shanon to cater my daughter's rehearsal dinner in downtown Flagstaff. I cannot say enough good things about Shanon and her catering!! she did a fantastic job of working with the venue, cooking with our dietary constraints and helping us achieve the event we were aiming for! We went with tacos, salads, appetizers and some awesome desserts! everything was delicious and there was plenty of food! The prices were reasonable and she was able to please everyone!! Stoppe by Good Times Rolling Kitchen & Catering at the 1st Annual Flagstaff Food Truck event (August 2017). The food was okay, nothing to write home about. The Pulled Pork was tender, but NO FLAVOR! Needed just a tad bit of nuance to enjoy. We were excited - Ordered the Fish Tacos, Pork Nachos with Fries, Mac-N-Cheese, and Corn Dogs... oh the opportunity to make our taste buds dance with delight! Didn't happen. The Gouda Mac-n-Cheese was tortellini and a watered down cheese sauce, with minimal flavor inflection. Kraft was not outdone. Fish Tacos, Crispy Fish, and good veggies, the corn tortillas were cold and flappable, and the suace, meah. Pork Nachos on Fries! If you're gonna go, this would be considered one of the ways to go enjoying yourself. Sadly, the Pork was tender, but no real flavor, tasted like it was crock pot cooked, no smoke, and no flavor packs. A bit of Pap, some garlic, and onion would have been nice. I was SORELY disappointed. Corn Dogs - mini corn dogs, deep fried to perfection. Yum, nothing to complain about here. We'd eat those again. I love the concept, and wish them well. Got some areas to improve in, and really pack the flavor profile of a mobile food joint. read more

We have had the pleasure of enjoying Good Times as both an awesome food truck as well as a caterer. Shannon recently catered our beer pairing event of about 50 people. We chose her to work with because of her amazing food as well as her great customer service. I honestly cannot say enough good about the catering! The food was SO delicious and the service was perfectly timed and courteous. From day 1 Shannon was wonderful to work with. She is friendly, enthusiastic, accommodating and creative. They just catered our wedding and it was absolutely fabulous. They did a buffet set up with two different entrées. I would highly recommend their Bourbon glaze tri-tip it was wonderful and all of our guests loved it! For the sides we had Gouda mac & cheese and au gratin potatoes along with their fresh roasted vegetables. they set everything up with beautifully and went above and beyond. even cleared the tables for our guests and cut and served the cake for us. I'd highly recommend them for any event! read more

Best food truck in Flagstaff! We hired them for our wedding and they were perfect! The mac n cheese with pulled prok and poblanos is phenomenal. We order the truffle butter popcorn for our appetizer and everyone raved about it! We recommend Shannon highly. Very professional and caring person! Good Times Rolling Kitchen catered my daughter's wedding and the food was fantastic. Great assortment of bbq pork, vegetables, chicken, mashed potatoes, salad, and delicious cupcakes displayed in the shape of a heart. All guests were satisfied and talked about the food for two days after the wedding. Shannon was a pleasure to work with. Worse catering service EVER! Arrived 1.5 hours late to venue. Did not communicate with bride or groom during reception and decided to leave venue early, taking ALL food with them, while guests were still eating and before bride and groom had the opportunity to eat. Did not respond to phone calls from groom nor emails from bride's family. DO NOT USE!!!! read more
