These specific pictures were from a wedding in 2009, these people have been divorced for over 12 years and we have now been married for 11 years. Having just moved across the country for a job, we were not familiar with anyone or anywhere to hold our marriage. Belinda was able to provide those suggestions for us, and chose a beautiful park as our backdrop. We also didn't know anyone in the city well enough to ask them to be our witnesses, so Belinda was able to provide those as well. Because of COVID, our families were not able to travel out to see our ceremony, so Belinda had pictures taken of our ceremony so we could share them with our families. Overall, she turned what could have been a negative memory into a positive and uplifting experience. We would both recommend Belinda and Get Hitched Kwik!

Unfortunately it rained on their wedding, a thunderstorm decided to pick the start of their ceremony to begin dropping moderate to heavy rain. No fault of the venue, mother nature answers to no one. Luckily the staff had some umbrellas and passed them out quickly to the wedding party and guests. The rain continued which changed the wedding photo plans from the area surrounding the altar to the covered reception area. Again the Aldea staff were quick to react and let everyone know that the rain was going to alter the photos. The biggest limit from my perspective is that the venue would be very crowded with many more than 100 guests. Just based upon the seating and reception spaces. All in all it was a nice venue that has the service and reception at the same location which is convenient for the wedding party and guests. I can definitely recommend it.

Bon reached out to me for a review. I was fair & honest stating I loved the end product of our…read morepictures but the customer service wasn't the best. Instead of looking at my review as feedback, she took offense, removed all of our photos online & blocked me. She then used Yelp as an opportunity to place blame on the client. There were moments where she seemed to be projecting her anxiety onto us which made it hard to take in the moment. She delivered images with random objects and people in the background which is pretty consistent with another brides review. If you're a couple who values the experience and or someone who values a Photographer with attention to detail keep this in mind. To address the comments made by the Business Owner, we were on time, we did not bring a crate for our dog as we made it clear that we wanted our dog in the photos. I did request to have a few shots taken on my personal camera but there was never a conversation about this accommodation being in lieu of detail shots. I made my bouquet from scratch and she opted not to use them in the photos because it didn't fit her "moody" aesthetic. Most of her attentiveness went to the groom. As another bride mentioned in her review, most Wedding Photographers understand the bride's experience is the priority and it seemed like most of her focus surrounded on doing what she pleased. Miscommunication could have been avoided if she were open to accepting consultations for "Elopements," but as she mentioned, she reserves consults for traditional weddings. In handing my camera over to her team, they misplaced my SD card so to accommodate the mishap her team was kind enough to hike the trail to relocate it. Unfortunately the SD card was never found but it was no big deal. I did describe my experience with the Officiant over at Earth Elopements as perfect but this was related to our ceremony & our positive experience working with Miss Patricia. Patricia helped plan our day & mentioned she knew of a few photographers which is how we found Bon. I'd like to take the time to acknowledge that her assistant Beacon did take the time to share some cool tricks with me & walked me through some hacks related to camera settings. Beacon even took the time to craft a fun video for us to post after the shoot which was a saving grace for the experience. Seperately, Bon did share some helpful tips with me regarding posing but that doesn't take away from my general experience of feeling lack of care for the customer. I felt ignored/disregarded as the bride which shown through as she couldn't remember my name despite me correcting her numerous times throughout the experience.

Premarital Sessions - We completed 5 sessions with Jen during the months leading up to our wedding day, and we highly recommend them! As a couple, we did not feel like we had any major concerns heading into our wedding in terms of our relationship. We have been together for 8 years and have discussed just about everything with each other. However, we wanted to feel a connection to our officiant, and we figured these sessions could be useful to simply receive feedback from an outside perspective. Jen exceeded our expectations! The questionnaires that she provided were very thought-provoking and helped us as a couple discuss topics that perhaps we had not thought of before. Jen truly took the time to read all our responses, which were quite lengthy! Her feedback and advice during our sessions was invaluable! Officiating our Wedding - The ceremony that Jen wrote and put together for us was so personal and truly amazing. She provided questionnaires for us in advance to help her write our ceremony and she didn't miss a single detail. She arrived early to both our rehearsal and ceremony even though she had a long drive from Flagstaff to Cottonwood. She was well organized, thorough, and clearly well prepared for our big day.
