Um, this ain't no internet cafe. 1st red flag - place smelled like cigarettes and vodka 2nd red flag- strung out cashier 3rd red flag - customers already in there looked like they might get a visit from Chris Hansen soon. They received the major side eye from me when the cashier told me it was $5 per 20 minutes of internet which she kept referring to as "play" time. I'll stop right there. Please Google the term "Internet Cafe and Sweepstakes" . Apparently, this type of business tiptoes on the gray area of NC gambling laws.

Advertised having notary service. Called to confirm but no answer and left a message with my…read morenumber. Waited an hour then walked over to find out no notary until later in the day. Stopped at 4 different downtown banks who ALL referred me to this UPS . Bottom line is they don't answer the phone and may not have the services you need.
