Advertised having notary service. Called to confirm but no answer and left a message with my number. Waited an hour then walked over to find out no notary until later in the day. Stopped at 4 different downtown banks who ALL referred me to this UPS . Bottom line is they don't answer the phone and may not have the services you need. read more

There are some scammers that are using this address with two different box #'s to collect monies when an LLC is opened. The box numbers are 330 and 150. I received two letters within 2 days. I called the police to inform but not sure if they will follow through. The owner of this store should be made aware of this as this is a federal crime. read more

They even have an internet cafe with printers all set up. They do not have designated parking so you have to utilize the street or the parking decks. I'm not a tech savvy person so I appreciate the help and non judgment:) I overheard each transaction with the customers at the store and Joe was so friendly and welcoming. Purchased postage for a birthday card. Halfway through the transaction, the associate received a question from a customer and another associate. Rather than excuse himself or ask the customer/associate to wait to complete my complex $1.35 transaction, Carlos wandered off. When I asked "another" associate what was going on and could I at least get my receipt, she said, "Well, we're working on this problem." then basically tossed my receipt at me. Card never got picked up or delivered by USPS. Not saying anyone stole the $25 gift card but it never reached who it was meant for. The worst UPS Store I've ever been to. Won't be back. I've been many times over the years, and even with changing hours through the pandemic, they work hard to accommodate everyone. Who knew there was a UPS Store in the heart of downtown Raleigh? You'll walk by it every day for years but it's quietly located right where you need it when you do. The only downside of this location is the parking situation, you'll either want to walk here but luck out with some of the metered street parking directly out front (three spaces). They've got all your typical UPS needs: packing and shipping supplies, greeting cards, tape, boxes and there's a notary on site. They're typically staffed with at least two people, so lines don't run uber long, it's a great solution to all mailing needs. read more

Joe is absolutely the greatest human on the planet. I went into the store today with 10+ packages and he and his staff (Herna) helped me navigate all the packing slips, sweat, blood, and tears that goes into procrastinating going into the post office. He is always pleasant, kind, and funny- and it's a joy to see him when I go in. I was a little early for my appointment and waited patiently while others were waited on. The manager started to help me with my fingerprinting but got interrupted by a coworker, which was fine since I was in no hurry. About 5 minutes passed and a woman came over to help me. She was very impatient and rude telling me I was fighting her with the fingerprinting process. I have some arthritis in my left wrist and fingers. She really had an attitude towards me from the start of the process. My left hand is sore and I can take an over the counter painkiller, but her nasty attitude was really inappropriate and unprofessional. Her name is Herna. read more

Marlene is a life savor! I was in a bind (pun intended) at a conference at the convention center nearby and needed to get about 250 color copies printed and stapled - in 30 minutes. I was sure it was impossible but was determined to call every printing center and courier nearby if I had to. Luckily, my search stopped with my first try - I called and Marlene was so sweet and helped me by having me email her directly, and then she called the minute it was ready. Terrible customer service. Not personable at all! I'm trying to get something printed, the preview is correct it but doesn't print properly. Then, they had the nerve to charge me for the paper on the misprint. Started out by not recognizing my thumb drive. The employee was obviously flustered and in a rush. When she stepped away I figured out how to get the computer to recognize the thumb drive. read more
