That's the last dollar I will ever spend here. With that kind of cheap attitude from the owner, they're not worth patronizing.

The store was clean and had a variety of shipping supplies inside. According to the advertisement on the exterior of the business they offer copying services, faxing services, USPS services, and stamps. When I checked in on Yelp a coupon for 10% popped up. The clerk was friendly and made sure to ask if I wanted a receipt while dropping off my package. I would go back if I was in the area and needed any of these services.

Typically, I just walk in, put the thing on the counter, say "prepaid", and walk out. And boom! That package is off on a magical shipping adventure. A couple times I have returned Internet equipment (wow that sounds so serious - it's just a modem) to AT&T. I really dig the AT&T-UPS partnership because it avoids the Time Warner Cable scenario where you're in line for 30-90 minutes. When I've interacted with staff, they're typically super-friendly. I don't know if that's because they really enjoy their job, or they're just happy to see a person. Regardless, thank you UPS! You're doing your job and doing it well.

I have to have packages held regularly at the facility. I have had one problem once with animals getting to the wrong destination. The process of getting adequate representation to resolve the issue was absolutely appalling. The staff were beyond ignorant as they always are, with little interest in consulting up the chain to assist, and even with some refuting assistance because I could "just make a phone call". Additionally, the facility for some reason has a weird disconnect with FedEx customer service. They don't have a way, according to them, to view who you are coordinating with, or how to become involved with customer service tickets, even if you provide them a ticket number and representative ID number and name. Tl;dr - workers seemingly incompetent, but if nothing else they are extremely ignorant; facility doesn't seem to coordinate with customer service well/reliably.
