And those that didn't bring hearing protection ended up with a ringing in their ears the following day! The bar was great, I was dismayed when I found out that soda water had a charge above the entrance fee, since part of my tip went toward their register, but somebody has to pay for the bubbles out of their tap! If I go again, I will be certain to bring some extra sets of earplugs for the people that come with me.

Overall, it was a nice way to spend time together as a family and gave us something fun to do during our visit. Frankie's offers a good variety of attractions, and my son especially enjoyed the rides, including the claw, roller coaster, and zero gravity experience. We also played putt-putt golf, which was enjoyable, though I personally found the course a bit less challenging than similar places I've visited before. The road course was also on the shorter side, but still fun for what it offered. One thing I would note is that the pricing felt a bit high, particularly for the arcade games and rides, especially considering some of the experiences are fairly brief. We also found the pizza to be a little overpriced, so we chose other food options as well as their burger and Philly cheesesteak. Unfortunately, one part of the experience that stood out in a less positive way was the customer service around some of the attractions. Several of the attendants seemed very nonchalant and disengaged, almost as if they were not very happy to be there. That kind of energy can affect the overall atmosphere and, for me, made it less likely that I would return or recommend it. We also had to wait for attendants to assist with some of the more interactive 3D-style games, which interrupted the flow of the experience. That being said, one of my personal favorites ended up being the carnival 3D shooting game, even though we did have to wait for an attendant before we could play. Once we got on, it was definitely one of the more enjoyable parts of the visit for me. On the positive side, it was not crowded during our visit, which made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. I especially enjoyed spending time in the arcade with my family, and that ended up being one of the highlights of our visit. I also want to mention our experience in the bar area with Olivia Jackson, who provided such warm and pleasant service. She was courteous, attentive, and truly showed genuine Southern hospitality. Her kindness and professionalism made us want to stay longer, and we ended up enjoying our food and family time even more because of her. She was definitely one of the bright spots of our visit. Overall, while I have visited similar entertainment venues that I personally enjoyed more, Frankie's still provided a decent family outing and a different experience while we were in town. I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars.

This individual is in need of help and should not be in a public facing position until he can get his anger and other issues under control. A visit here should be a pleasant experience, not a traumatic one. Dave requires our empathy, but he does not deserve our patronage until he attends to his issues.

The games were pretty fun but a bunch of them had minor issues or were just flat out broken (one of them even ate our money). It felt like the games were a little pricey but I didn't feel super ripped off. We did not try the food this time around. I guess I would come back? It's not the best arcade I've ever been to, but as long as you go in with the expectation that some of the machines are going to be busted, I think you'll have an OK experience.

I parked in General Admission parking where I prepaid $14.00, it's the very last lot on your right. Entering was easy, getting out was a nightmare. Staff is needed following the event to direct the cars out of the spaces. There are other options for parking that will get you closer to the venue for $20+. We stood in line for about 45 minutes prior to entry. The staff managed the check in process very well. Everyone was friendly and hospitable. We were offered filtered water from the cooler jug where we stood for the show facing the front stage by the speakers & entrance to the back stage. Closest to bar and the exit. Cocktails were served in a cocktail shaker were sold for $22. We had an excellent view of the show. There is upper balcony seating for an additional Upgrade price, if you do not want to stand or be in the midst of the action. The Jupiter Lounge provides an elevated experience prior to show. Allowing you to unwind and have a cocktail. The temperature in the building was set to Alaska. Bring a light jacket and a small clear purse. I really enjoyed this show. The lighting and sound were terrific ! Memories were made. Thank you to the staff.

I liked the view, and the property is quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. However, the bathroom was a little odd in direct relation to the bed, with a frosted bathroom window next to it. There wasn't a microwave in the room, that was a little disappointing, I had to go downstairs to warm up my soup. I'm a platinum member, and the staff kept trying to come into our room, even though we had late check out that was identified on our account. Big positive the staff was friendly abd there is an onsite bar where there was live music the afternoon we left.
