We arrived at First Seat and it was our first time here. It's a quaint place with 8-10 tables and…read morebar seating. We were lucky enough to grab a table where we could all watch NBA finals. The atmosphere is pleasant and it's not super loud which is nice so we can talk during dinner. Our waitress was on top of her game tonight. She took drink order and was back in a flash with craft beer, wine , and a sweet tea! We then ordered. I had the smash burger double patty and fries. My best friend had the fish and chips. My best friends wife had the cheeseburger and fries The food was out super quick and it was super hot!!!! The food was great. The fries are flat and thin and that was the table favorite. All the food was good. The only thing we would change would maybe toast the buns of the hamburgers. The First Seat is named due to Benton county being the first county seat when Arkansas became a state.

The place was crowded when we first got in. Zero seats. Yet they kept yelling at us to sit anywhere. It's too small. Everything feels like it's never actually deep cleaned. The food was the OK. Barely. Truffle fries were good. Burger 4/10

This is probably my favorite restaurant in the Northwest Arkansas area. The atmosphere feels like…read morean upscale pub and the food is excellent. When you arrive there is parking around the square or in the lot to the side of the restaurant. As I mentioned earlier it feels like an upscale pub when you walk in, but this is also a historic building. Tusk & Trotter sits where Sam Walton's original general office and warehouse was located. We sat in the bar area as we also stopped by the restaurant during happy hour. For food we started with the Arkansas Fritters (Ralston Family Farms rice with ground beef, house-made sausage, parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, dill & lemon chipotle remoulade & chow chow) which were packed with so much flavor. For our entrees we ordered where the Buffalo roam (Sayersbrook Bison Ranch patty, brioche bun, cheddar, swiss, bacon, chipotle aioli, over easy egg & LTOP) which is definitely the highlight with a side of fries. The burger fell apart and you could tell it was extremely fresh. If you are in Bentonville, this is a must try!

We ordered the breakfast board for two. It looked amazing but it wasn't. The lemon and carrot cake pancakes lacked flavor, the bacon was chewy and the sausage was bland and crumbly. The breakfast potatoes were the best thing on the board. Staff 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Location 10/10 Food 6/10 We might try it again for dinner or lunch but not again for brunch.

The Pedaler's Pub is a cycling-themed spot with a lively atmosphere and great wood-fired pizza…read more I tried The Alpe' a thinly sliced steak, spinach, feta, onions, sun-dried tomatoes, and chopped basil on a roasted garlic and olive oil base. It's a great combination of flavors, and the steak pairs really well with the feta and roasted garlic. The pizza itself is excellent. The crust is tender with just the right amount of char from the wood-fired oven--crispy on the outside while still soft inside. The whole place has a fun, energetic vibe with cycling decor throughout, friendly staff, and a menu that goes beyond pizza with a variety of solid pub food options. If you're looking for a lively place to grab great pizza and hang out for a while, this is a great stop.

The seating also wasn't terribly comfortable. Just didn't make for an ideal dining experience but if the food and service were good I'd be fine with all that. The service was adequate the food slightly less so. The cauliflower couldn't be any more bland and the spinach and mushroom pizza was meh. Another ridiculous complaint is that all the plates and serving dishes are metal and just keep spinning as you try to serve from them or on them. The thing I'm theoretically most impressed with is the variety of vegan offerings, usually a bonus as we are vegetarians. As it happens we didn't order from the vegan menu as our app and pizza were both vegetarian which meets our needs.

This is probably not the best place to go before a concert…read more The food was delicious, I definitely enjoyed my burger, my mom enjoyed her bowl, and her bestie enjoyed her tacos. But it took nearly an hour for us to get our food. Now, at first, we were all very understanding: concert happening within walking distance, they're busy. I can easily have empathy for the staff. And our server was great! Really friendly. But it was when the manager came out and said there was an issue on their end causing the food to be delayed and they were currently remaking the order. That was frustrating. Even more frustrating was that their "solution" was to give us a coupon thing to get us to come back. We still paid full price for our meal. Nothing was taken care of, even the Dr. Pepper the manager said he'd refill never came. I may not have worked at a sit-down restaurant, but I have worked at quick food service spots, and when the establishment makes a mistake, the customer doesn't pay (except for alcohol). A nearly hour long wait over their mistake when we had a concert to get to for none of it to get covered? That's not getting me to come back. Neither is a coupon. Other than that, I'm sure it's fine if you like loud sports bars. Just wouldn't recommend going if you have anywhere to be within 2 hours of you being seated. Also worth mentioning that our server was great! Super friendly. Management could use a bit of retraining in how to keep people happy and manage being super busy.
