Great menu selection from crepes to steaks and everything in between. Cons: Hugo's is a basement restaurant location. This means seating is limited and the wait can be long. The stairs leading down to the restaurant can be hard to navigate if you are physically impaired, and depending on the day or time of the it can get quite noisy. If stairs, togetherness and nosiy spaces are not your thing, then this isn't the establishment for you. Overall, you can't go wrong with the food or hospitality, and if you're a Razorback fan, student, or alumni of the University of Arkansas dining here is a right of passage.
