They quickly provided an estimate and helped me with my insurance company (who, naturally, dragged their feet). Three weeks later, I had my new windshield. On the way home, something wasn't right. Turns out there was a defect in the windshield (factory), causing a bifocal effect on the upper margins of the windshield. I brought it back to PG where they confirmed the problem. They ordered a new windshield, only to find that there were none in the system (there had been, but it was damaged by the supplier during shipping). Because it is an HUD windshield, it became more of a challenge. They wound up ordering from a dealer. Now, this is not my first rodeo, so when I got that phone call, I was less than optimistic. Got the call at the end of last week that the windshield was in, and scheduled for the following Tuesday. It's *perfect*. Another quality install and no hassle. No grief about the issues (I mean, it wasn't my fault, it wasn't theirs, but it's still a pain in the butt). STRONGLY recommend these guys!

Well, I didn't do that and I showed up and there was nobody there.

It sounded like I had snow tires on, which I don't. Besides that, I'd been hearing a nagging mystery noise that intermittently seemed to be coming from the back at highway speed. I wanted to get it checked before driving back to NYC. I have family in Wells who recommended Pine State as they have good reputation with the locals. Brought it in and Mike checked the front end and found that there was nothing amiss there but the left rear wheel bearing needed to be replaced. I left the car with them to look at since we were camping across the road. Within a couple hours they called me and said it needed a wheel bearing / hub assembly. I asked them to take care of it. They said they'd have it done by the end of the next day. Surprisingly, I received a call from them in the morning saying it was done. It turns out that even though the part wasn't coming in until the next day, they stayed late and prep'd the car for a morning replacement. It was great that they were able to take care of this so quickly and we were car-less for only one night. Price was reasonable, great service.
