This Business is A Worls Class Joke!!! They have no computer log for scheduled service Appts they write it down on a notebook which looked like it Doubled to wipe Jacks A., the owner!! At first meeting jack the owner first words out of his mouth was I have owned this Business for 27 years. Disgusting way to start of meeting with a new customer little did he know I bought Thousands of Dollars from the Very early Sound Advice in Miami 38 years ago while I was attending the University of Miami, Florida when Jack was probably just playing in the Sand Box!!! LOL It gets worst as compromise for Wasting my entire day on Thursday He made a deal to charge half price on his rate that he didn't even know what that rate was???We agree $45.00 per Hour so you folks Know! Had a remote starter installed as a Christmas gift for my husband, happy with the product, not so much with the service, installation errors required that he bring the truck back twice and they didn't seem to care that it was such an inconvenience. When making that kind of investment I would expect better service. read more

Man I came inside with a stupid question and the owner definitely understood what might be wrong. My amp Fuse that was hooked up to the battery was a bit melted. Even though I didn't buy anything the owner took his time helping me and even went as far as unhooking the amp power wire and zip tying it to a safe place in my engine bay. Too bad I'm going back to my home state soon otherwise I'd do all my audio sound here! Owner was great and delivered the best service I've ever received from a car audio place. There aren't enough stars to compare to the level of customer service I received at this car audio place.
