If I could give 6 stars, I would, because Mateo went above and beyond on this one! We had bees that had made a hive inside the eave of the patio. Mateo came out and assessed within 2 hours of me calling him. He promised to be there the next day to take care of the problem and he was there as promised with an assistant. He is a bee whisperer! He was able to remove the entire hive and transfer it to his "special" box without one bee being hurt. He carefully removed wood so that it could be replaced afterwards with no damage. His price was extremely reasonable. In fact, too reasonable. We gave him and his assistant extra because what they were able to do, was more than what they charged for. Matteo is the best! I had issues with German cockroaches for about 5-6 weeks, I tried baiting on my own, with no luck. On a Friday night, I gave up and at 10pm I left a Yelp and website message for Goodbye Bugs Pest Control. I think he contacted me within the hour and scheduled to come the very next day (a Saturday). He also has integrity. He saw that the bait I was using was decent and said I could take care of the problem on my own without having to pay him. But I insisted on using his bait, and I'm so glad I did. After he baited, I didn't see another cockroach for a week. At the end of that week, I only saw babies (recent hatchlings), so I put out some of my own bait every day for a week. I haven't seen a cockroach in two months! As a bonus, he's funny and sweet.
