Absolutely great experience having my house tented for termites. This was my 5th time in 30 years. I have used different companies and even have an annual contract with one of the 'well known' companies. I requested an estimate from them and they never provided one - even after their employee. Ensured my house (again). Econo-Way had tented half a dozen neighboring houses here in Key Largo over the last 6 months. All had very positive experiences. I reached out and was given an estimate within a couple days! It was very affordable and I was able to select a date to proceed with the tenting. If you have ever tented for termites, you know it is a HUGE endeavor preparing your house. They provided my with 9 sets of gas proof bags to put food and medicines inside. I only used 4 and returned the extras. On the date the tenting was scheduled, they arrived at the arranged time and proceeded to do their thing. I stayed in a hotel for 48 hours and they constantly kept me updated. I returned home and met the workers who checked that no gas remained in my house. They also returned my house keys. There was no damage and no signs they had ever been there! If you have to be termite tented, they are a great company to use! read more

I had a horrible experience with this company. When it comes to customer service they get a one, very unprofessional. They don't return calls, and when they do call you back they are rude. When it comes to inspector knowledge it's even worse. They sent someone who had "been with the company ten plus years". He told me the house needed to "be tented right away". After treatment was done I came home to find some things missing from my shed (they said it needed to be left open because it was wood and so close to the house) and tools missing out of my back room. Some things were moved around in the rooms. Two months later I called them back because the issue still persisted and they wanted me to pay for them to come back. By the way it took an entire week to get a call back. Called another company. Long story short it turns out I never had termites, they were carpenter ants. That's why their inspector gets a zero. He didn't know the difference. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to have a trustworthy, respectful and professional company come to your home. read more

Found this particular company through a friend. Thankfully due to Yelp I am sharing them with you. I had called for an estimate and they promptly came out. Being I live in Florida in an older home it suffers from dry wood termites like many homes in this neighborhood. The only resolution is to tent your home. Now I am a procrastinator like most in fact when I bought the home years ago there was evidence of termites than. So what did I do I removed the source the original wood garage door as well as my bedroom closet doors. However I saw evidence of small droppings in other parts of my home. Than my beloved golf course located right next to where I live the bar area in the restaurant the ceiling caved in due to untreated termite damage. Wow that made my problem a reality so I scheduled a date to tent. Very competitive pricing but the sevice is what gives them the five star rating. Very detailed information and contract was given to me. I sent in the deposit with the necessary signatures. On the day of the service you pay the balance. They were on time, very thorough walking me through my home making sure all food is removed in the house and refrigerator. Opening doors,cabinets and drawers so fumigation can get in. Locking and securing my home was a concern as well but I had no issues. The next day tenting was removed and windows opened. I was able to put on my home security for peace of mind. The day after that the home is checked with equipment that it is safe to move back in. I will definitely recommend this wonderful family run business. Excellent service... From the time I first called for an estimate, the office personnel are very professional and prompt. My appointment was scheduled and the sales person appeared on time. Within a 30 mintues or so I had an evaluation and estimate. The office called the very next day to set a date and emails with instructions. We got a reminder phone call a few days prior and one day prior with the name of the person who would be preparing the house and setting the tarps. Again great service with another phone call when the representatives were scheduled at the house. I representative made me feel safe leaving my keys with him. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. On June 3, 2019 we contracted them to termite tent the bldg. During the tent installation they ripped a wall mounted light fixture that lights the parking area, off the wall. During removal of the tent, they let the full weight of the tent fall on the FPL drop line causing a huge spark. Fortunately we were there to witness and immediately called FPL who came out and replaced the service line. They refused to acknowledge it was them and refused to call FPL. MORE than 3 weeks later after many, many phone calls and assurances they would pay for the damage, nothing. Long phone delays and empty promises. Tried to reach the owner, Sylvia, never available. Spoke to Lilly several times and was told credit would be given for the damage. Empty promises. Save yourself the headaches and use someone else. read more

I've never had any problems with them. I recommend them to everyone, and everyone who uses them loves them. I had a horrible experience. First of all, the supervisor and crew did not speak any english. They broke my roof tiles by jumping from 2nd floor to 1st floor on roof and when i called to report this, the company said they are not responsible for broking tiles. Initial consultation and inspection with Company representative, Jorge, were good and he quoted an unbeatable price. Conversation with Stephanie, receptionist for the company, was disrespectful and unfriendly. Requested to be telephoned prior to crew arriving. Lily called and stated crew to be at the house at 8 am, arrived at 820 am. The crew was hurried and abrupt in working. Damaged plants and a wooden gate. David, the supervisor, was mechanical and short with responses. We had requested to tent a separate structure and I showed concern for an outside cat. His response was cold, calculated and non-proactive, "Not responsible for cats killed". I requested the tent to be opened and the door unlocked to double check for a feral cat we cared and fed for 14 yrs. Hesitantly he opened it and I made noise and clapped my hands multiple times. No response. He sealed it again and locked it. We waited, with that structure sealed, 20 mins for the "Gasman" to arrive and he released the gas and we left. The next day we called the office requesting a call prior to the crew returning to remove the tent and were told a time in which we arrived prior and found our front gate removed by the new supervisor which I had requested the other not to come because of a verbal altercation with him. The tent was removed and the house aired out. The following day the original rep. returned and in the crews haste to tear down several company supplies were left behind. We noticed a foul smell and flies from the separate structure and found our feral friend dead on a shelf. We called Lily at the office and she coldly responded: " we are not responsible". We believe there were not enough preventative and precautionary steps taken to prevent such a tragedy. The tent could have been left open, prior to the gas, and door ajar to allow an exit as there was a lot of activity in the back and the cat was afraid and hiding due to all the commotion. Also, a noisemaker, such as an air horn or a firecracker type noise could have been used. No interest or concern was shown to the owner. I had several neighbors ask for their number and told them what happened to Tober (cat) and they were horrified and said, no thanks. I say no Thanks as well for the future. One dead pet and a distraught wife. read more
