These pizzas were cooked perfectly. The pizzas are more of a personal pizza or a snack pizza. We got two for 2 adults and to small children and it was a perfect light lunch for our family. Our wait was times 30-40 minutes which I didn't think was bad for a fresh pizza and the brewery was busy. People were grabbing pizzas what seemed like every five minutes, so the pizza truck was definitely busy as well. Everyone here was grabbing pizzas. I am excited to try more of their menu options!
