Georgetown is a quaint little town with rolling hills and small subdivisions, and then there's the new 1 year old Godfather related here comes Don Corleone restaurant, Goodfellas. Lots of parking, rustic interior, but a little too pricy. I loved the fancy Italian titles for all their dishes, I ordered the Burrata salad with cherry tomatoes, prosciutto and 1 burrata, tasty $18, delicious. Then I had the Verdure (vegetable) pizza, which had dollops of ricotta cheese, tasted good but not appealing to look at -- brown, the whole pizza from eggplant, onions, and more brown vegetables $19, 12" size. It was filling. Later, I ordered the bomba (cream filled donut) had to send it back, hard. Overall, meh, lovely experience, not too impressed with the food, also, no one in a restaurant was Italian. It's something I frown upon, if you have an Italian restaurant there needs to be an Italian that works there, but I say that about all cuisines -- some of the staff should be of that background, be it Thai, Chinese, middle Eastern... Bon Appetite elsewhere

Summary: Great service. Good food. Small pasta portions. Very expensive. Georgetown, and the surrounding area, need more restaurants. There aren't a lot of "upscale middle class" establishments to match the community. While we have a handful of gems, for the most part the lack of competition results in what Goodfella's is: Good, not great. My family of four enjoyed our meal. The service was outstanding. The food was good, but as others have mentioned the portion sizes of the pasta are small. The small pizza we ordered shared the same soupy centre that others have noted - a sign of the wood not burning hot enough. But, more than anything what surprised me was the bill. Two glasses of "goodfella's wine", entree's for two adults and two kids, along with a 20% tip came to just over $140.

It's New Year's Eve, and Goodfellas was definitely a great choice for dinner. The rustic ambiance, and great service made me feel like I was back in Italy. Our waitress Naomi was fabulous and great at tending to all our needs with a smile on her face. The appetizer had a great selection of quality meats, though I wish there was a bit more. (I do have quite the appetite). The pizza was a typical wood oven pizza, nothing really to brag about, but good nonetheless. The fresh ingredients really help bring out the flavours. The pasta is where Goodfellas was really able to shine. The flavours popped, and the sauce was so creamy. Between the mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes, it was a dish to remember. I would definitely come back.

This location is amazing! We needed an authentic Italian vibe here in georgetown. This felt like Italy and tasted like heaven! Margherita Pizza & Bruschetta the only downside I'd say is the price.

First time here and loved it! The Arancini was amazing and my Pere e Gorganzola pizza was even better!!! Will be back for sure!

My husband decided to pick up take out on his way home. He ordered the chicken parm and I hade the penne in a plain red sauce. Came to $36 with tax. There's been so much hype over this place I was looking forward to finally trying it. What a disappointment. The portions were extremely small. My husbands parm was a sad little piece of chicken with a eggplant & cheese on top. That's it. No side. For $19!!!! To top it off I had put in the Instructions to leave the eggplant off. I knew my husband would be hungry still so I shared some of my pasta with him which amounted to 5 or 6 mouthfuls each. I've had better pasta at a small hot table restaurant. My meal, and I use that word loosely, was $13. Worth $8 maybe in my opinion. Not sure what all the hype is about with this place. Won't be ordering from them again. Definitely won't be dining in. Two thumbs down to the goombas!

I absolutely loved this place. I was craving Margherita pizza since lunch time, and I've never ate at Goodfellas before until I heard someone tell me about it. Before I went, I had called in to ensure that they would be able to sit me. I had to wait 30 minutes before I drove over as large tables were leaving, but I liked how they still took down my name as a last minute reservation. I appreciated it. Seriously. So anyways, when I got there I was seated in a cozy corner with the side of the "wall" being a entire glass window which I thought was kinda cool. I was all cozy and warm inside while looking out and seeing how cold it was outside. Our server was quick and polite. Super attentive too. She got our order correct and fast, I was actually pleased with how she even notified us that our orders were coming. My partner and I both ordered Margherita pizzas, and we shared one appetizer which was the: Arancini Siciliani. The appetizer was AMAZING. Like when we first got it, I thought it would taste overwhelmingly like tomato sauce but boy was I wrong. It had a beautiful crisp with every bite, cheese inside with the perfect balance of sauce. I gotta recommend this as a appetitizer. It was a perfect start. When we got our Margherita pizzas, it was exactly what I expected it to be. It was the typical Margherita pizza, and the taste was exactly how a Margherita pizza was supposed to taste like. For our dessert we ordered: Torta al Cioccolato. I judged it and thought I would taste too much chocolate...especially dark chocolate which I don't like. But with each bite, you can taste varied types of chocolate, and the fluff of the cake layers. I loved it. We tipped well because the food and service were impeccable.

My first time at Goodfellas Pizza in Georgetown was amazing! Amanda was an amazing server who was able to answer all of our questions, and made my groups experience here a great one. The host and chef Sarah and Mel did a fantastic job. We will definitely be returning.

This was our first time at Goodfellas Wood Oven Pizza and it was an excellent introduction to their wares. We had the Focaccia, Bruschetta, and Diavola pizza. The flavor profile was quite nice, with subtle hints of different spices. The thin crust was minimal, but delicious and satisfying. A great combination of crispy and chewy. The service was prompt, friendly, and welcoming. A little pricey, but you'll leave full and happy. We'll be back! read more

Very disappointing service and meal was way over priced. We waited over an hour to be seated in a very small crowded lobby. Once we got to our table it took another 45 mins to get our meals. The slow and poor service did not warrant the high prices. Won't be rushing back for this pizza. read more

So this was just absolutely delicious, we had tried the Diavola pizza and it's just hit the spot. The salami on top of the pizza definitely reminded me of the pizza we ate in Positano Italy. Don't hesitate and just drop by. read more

Personally the menu at this place is not very kid friendly not much selection the average kid would enjoy but if you ate into fancy italian this is all for you but i do feel they should alter there menu for those who arent quite into that taste read more

The gentleman on the phone tried explaining to me how extra cheese counts as a "double topping". With the deal you get 2 extra large pizza's with three toppings, I have ordered this countless times for Friday work lunches for my coworkers and I, never have I been double charged for extra cheese when it applied towards one of my three toppings. That's greedy and unacceptable. I tried letting reason with me but his sole excuse was "it counts as a double topping" I countered with "if cheese alone does not count as a topping how does extra cheese count as a double?" To which he replied the exact same response over and over. I will never eat at this location again. I watch my bills and receipts and noticed a slight increase in price over time which I understand due to the costs in business going up but this is a ridiculous grotesque violation of proper treatment of long time customers in favour of an extra buck or two. This business is not suffering so a policy change like this is just a money grab. Unacceptable, I'd rather give my money to business who cares about their customers.

I was craving for some pizza that wasen't just reheeted in 5 minutes. One family meetup later, I find myself at Goodfellas Wood oven pizza. The appetizers where good, the calamari tasted fantastic, shrimp was full of flavour and delightful, smelts tasted amazing, they weren't deep-fried, they looked plain but the taste was out of this world, the crunch and then a flavour explosion! The main course, Wood oven pizza. Let's get this straight, I like pizza, but I absolutely love Goodfellas pizza, the pizza was amazing or in Italian, Stupefacente! It was like a two in one, healthy and tasty. It was however quite bitter, but for some people, that might be a good thing, the dough was like heaven on my tongue, the meat tasted so flavourful and mouth watering. I see why they call themselves "Goodfellas" , it's because there food is good, but in my point of view I think it's amazing, so I would call them "amazingfellas". I recommend visiting this place but I'll have to warn you, ask before choosing something, some Italian words might be confusing! read more

Chose to have our end of summer girls night at Goodfellas Georgetown. Our server Amanda and other staff Mel and Sarah did such a great job at accommodating our larger party. Amanda helped me with my dietary restrictions and understood the menu and substitutions really well! Ordered the burrata which I highly, highly recommend. You are able to get all pastas and all pizzas substituted for gluten free which is so great as not all restaurants have these options. Definitely will recommend to others and for sure will be coming back! read more

I can't say enough about the food, service and atmosphere at Goodfellas. And enjoyable experience with excellent food. It's not just e restaurant it's an experience. There truly is nothing like fresh ingredients. The rigatoni the pizza the gnocchi all the best I've had started by bruschetta like I've never had! The restaurant was beautiful inside with this cool old school Italian look. And the food was incredible, highly recommended the pizza and the fried rice balls. The pizza was very good but maybe not as 'superb' as we expected (seeing as they specialize in pizza). The crust was a bit soggy in the middle and they served it with scissors (kids thought this was cool!) Bruschetta was great and lemon gelato also. Fantastic food and service. We ordered the rice balls for an appetizer and they came out fresh and hot. The pizzas are very generous portions and will have enough leftovers for another meal. Pizzas are delicious. Service was very good, it took a little while for the pizzas to come. I recommend good fellas to anyone in the GTA. read more

Great ambience, got to sit right next to the bank vault. The music is also nice. Severs are prompt and respectful. Ordered the Quatro Formaggio pasta, was cheesy and delicious.
