Got to the front counter to book for the appt and said I would need to join membership for 85.00. PLUS a 10.00 fee? I should have walked out as it wasn't what i came in for but i booked appt and left. As i was driving I realized that was way more than i wanted to pay so i canceled with in an hour but when i texted to cancel and ask to refund membership, Thayra refused and wrote "per the membership agreement". Businesses have really lost customer service and she was very cold and rigid. She absolutely would be the reason I will never do business nor will i ever recommend. I only wish I had seen their ratings before I booked as it would have been a game changer. Too many other businesses offering their service but its the customer service that keeps people returning. I will take the loss on my payment to them as word of mouth is more value than that. Please avoid this location.
