Found this place on Groupon. Honestly they deserve 5-star for their work and service. Impressed with their procedure. But unfortunately had to cutdown that one star as we went there for microneedling and as they didn't had necessary equipment available, we were asked if we are ok with hydrafacial and was told it's the same benefits. We were ok with it. But after coming back did a little research and found out that hydra needling is not effective and last longer results compared to microneedling when it comes to anti aging which is the main reason for our visit. Other than that, we got our procedures done from Jennifer and Kylie and both were amazing. read more

I was not impressed with the lash lift & tint I received from Sweet Skin. When I arrived there was almost no parking, some were covered/reserved spots and only a couple available spots left, it was hard to find and I was 10 minutes late. I called and she helped direct me upstairs. One of my eyes hardly got lifted at all. They weren't sticking to the pad used to lift them, She left the room and came to check on me and pushed them back up once. I mean my eyelash curler could do better Sadly, I am pretty confident I had a bad result because I used a Groupon. I like to purchase groupons as it gives me a chance to try a new place I usually haven't heard of and a place I can review. A lot of times this also shows the character of the employees as well. I had a good experience making the appointment by phone, but noticed a change in tone once I told her I had a Groupon to use. First and foremost businesses that are flooded with clients usually don't have Groupons posted...... I work in the service industry and have never given different service if they were using a coupon or voucher. Yes, coupons sometimes bring in the clients you don't want. They might tip bad, don't want to spend any extra, etc However, there are also people that if you treat them right and the quality is there they will become a regular. Now on to the good, Sweet Skin does have the best chairs I have ever sat in during a service like this. Not your typical stiff folding bed. The chairs recline and she offered for it to be heated Too. I didn't experience burning during the service which is a plus. The staff was nice during my visit for the most part, but I genuinely don't think I got the full treatment & amazing experience other clients receive. I think if she really cared about the quality she would have made an effort to make sure the lashes stayed in place so they would lift. If it matters the view outside is beautiful! read more

I had two dermaplane facials with Taylor. While Taylor is very sweet, I don't think she did the best job evaluating my skin prior to starting the treatment. Especially after my last facial. Her technique was very rough on my skin and whatever she applied to my face during the last facial caused my eyes to become blood shot and swollen for 3 days with gunk inside my eyelids. I am very disappointed. read more

I got a lash tint + lift and followed after care instructions like not getting your eyes wet and refraining from using oil-based products such as to remove eye make make-up. It's been 4 days and the lift has come down and I can see where the tint stops, about three-quarters of the way down my lash shaft. I wouldn't say this is worth $50 because it would only take about less than 5 minutes for me to get the same appearance with mascara. I don't feel like the result simplifies my make-up routine because I'd still want to add shadow or liner and it seems problematic to take off given how delicate this treatment is. read more

I come here with a bit of a heavy heart. I wanted to give 5 stars because I really felt like I found the place I've been searching for to have my routine facial. I use Groupon for many reasons, most notably because I'm new to town and I want to try places a few times before buying a monthly package. I'm also a public school teacher and cost effective options always win for me. I saw a buy 2 for the cost of one Groupon and I snagged it. The owner made it clear that Groupon takes away from her small business and deeply encouraged me to buy the monthly $79 package. I expressed that the other esthetician told me that she would honor Groupon prices if I bought the services in house. She said that she may do that, if the customer is willing to buy three services upfront at that price, and not every time. So upwards of $300 up front. I really want to support small businesses but didn't feel like I was welcome here. If Groupon is not working for your business plan, stop partnering with them. read more

The actual office is cute and precautions are taken for COVID. the girl that checked me in and did my lashes, Natalie, was super nice and personable and I didn't feel pressured to make other appointments or sign up for anything, though I probably will! Sweet skin is the best spa in The Valley. I had skin discoloration after having my daughter and have generally always had bad skin. That was until I met Jennifer. She introduced me to the amazing and affordable skin products that I now use. I've never actually seen much of a difference in product until now. I have also tried chemical peels, derma planing and micro needling. Jennifer recommended the best products and services for my skin and I've seen amazing results. My skin is clearer and smoother than ever. I am now a member too, the prices are really so competitive especially given the service and knowledge that comes with the people who work here. I have been going to sweet Skin for several months after finding them at the women's Expo last summer. Having a derma plane facial monthly has really been a game changer for my skin. I don't have the cystic acne I used to and I've learned a lot from the providers there about what products are good for my skin and what I should avoid. I was treating it for acne which I think was making it more oily etc. Learning this accompanied with the facials has really improved my breakouts and skin tone. I couldn't be more grateful!
