There were two other cars when I pulled in and out of the two available bays one of them would not take my card and the other one had so much mud from the previous person that it actually got my truck more dirty trying to wash it. The courteous thing to do if you wash that much mud off of your vehicle would be to at least wash it down the drain so the next person can wash their vehicle without paying the extra to clean up an existing mess. I would have been there for an hour just trying to clean the existing mud. I tried calling the number posted and the person who answered ended up hanging up on me. This place is hopeless no number to call with a problem or if need help. I have been here twice in the last 15 years and I will never return again it not well kept and at all I here Mark Jenkins owns it and he is never around to keep it up. My advice is to not go to this next time I would rather drive to colby to clean and vacuum my car out. I have lost a total of 15 dollars at this place and I won't go back. I would leave a big 0 star if possible. cleaning light dust off pick up. cleaned out all trash into trash bin before starting. owner came and badgered us for the dirty stall. what is a car wash for if it isn't to clean dirt off your car. the stall was full of mud before we got there and he was blaming us for the mess. do not recommend. read more

If your vehicle has any type of mud on it do not come to this car wash it is a waste of time. I had a dirty work truck and fourwheeler that was going to be a 30+ dollar wash and got ran off by the owner and yelled at for being an imbecile for washing a dirty vehicle because the owner is to lazy to clean the stalls and will only expect dusty vehicles. His attitude towards me is what struck me wrong I will be taking my 60+ dollars of washes a week to the other car wash and will not being doing any business with any other affiliated businesses with this family. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! 30.00 for a wash. Did the self serve and didn't realize all the manure on the ground till I started. When I went to use the hose for the brush it was filled with pebbles ( thank God I caught this before I scratched my paint). Wasted time and money trying to pressure wash them out. Then when I was done and tried to use the suds on the brush and the hose was disconnected at the top and soap spurted our all over us, got it in our eyes. Couldn't even use it. And then the wash stopped. Had to re enter my card so I could rinse all the soap off and it took another 15.00 from my card and my car looks as if did before I started. This is a horrible car wash and I will never use it again. The one in Burlington is wonderful! It's clean and works and is cheap. The owner is seen there often making sure all is well. read more
