I expressed that I wouldn't feel comfortable with her because of her inability to communicate with me in a timely manner and her communication was lacking in professionalism. Her response was that I was not her client and therefore she didn't feel the need to get back to me as quickly. I was very confused by this, as I would never commit to a photo shoot with a photographer who isn't able to respond to me in a timely manner. This was family photo shoot that many of us were traveling to the Dallas area for. Our dates weren't flexible and it was important to me to find someone who could ensure that it would be a smooth process. All in all I felt Lucy was unable to provide time with the level of service I expect. Furthermore, after ending our conversation, she continued to harass me through text message until I asked her to stop. If you are planning to book a photographer please look elsewhere! I am not sure if this if her normal work ethic, if I had done something to offend her, or if she was having a bad week. Regardless of the reason, her attitude was very off putting and her professionalism was lacking.

My neighborhood and hundreds upon hundreds of houses in it and there is only one that I'm able to find that has a clear glass front door from top to bottom and that's mine. I have doorbell video of people walking up to the door and looking into my house when I am not there. Pacesetter couldn't care less since I've already closed on the house. They truly don't seem to care that a design mistake by their company could put my life at risk. I did bring this up before and at closing but was told nothing could be done. At the time I let it slide because I wasn't aware that fixing it would cost me in the thousands. The back yard. The landscapers shaped my yard in such a way that it retains water and won't drain. I've been very vocal about this months before closing but I was told that it was designed correctly and assured it would work. It doesn't. I've been in the house around 2 months now and there has been a large puddle in my back yard the entire time. It's killing the grass around it and attracting a large amount of bugs making my ack rd entirely unusable. Pacesetter has been promising for 2 months that they'd do something but so far that's all it is...words. There are also a dozen tiny problems in the home that they claimed they'd fix but so far nothing has happened. I wouldn't recommend this company. Once you close they talk a good game, but that's all it turns out to be is talk.
