Mike did an awesome job cleaning my carpet, he was professional, on time and extremely courteous! I used a Groupon, called set up my appointment within 7 days - I recieved a call the day before to confirm the time and was notified of a cancellation and was able to reschedule a time that worked better for me. The technician was nice and did a good job cleaning my home. I was a little unhappy with customers service rep. She called to reschedule my appt 2 days before my service which caused me to miss a day of work . The company had 2 call offs. I asked for some type of compensation for the inconvenience, she stated "there is nothing I can do". In a giggle way So, with that being said. I will not be using this company again. I would feel irresponsible not warning others away from this company! My carpet was worse when they left! They charged more than quoted when onsite and left my carpet a disaster. I was able to get stains out myself with my small spot machine and the water was filthy 24 hours after having it professionally cleaned by this company. Do not waste your time or money! Worst company ever! Booked an appointment for 5 rooms plus hallway and stairs for Monday 11-2.... Never showed up or called! I called them and they said my appointment had been moved to the next day (WITH NO PHONE CALL AT ALL) and they gave me the same time frame for the next day! I told them the middle of the day wouldn't work and they said they would get me in first thing in the morning bc they 'messed up' and gave me an 8-10am. It is now past 1pm and no show once again and no phone call. When I try to call them they put me to voicemail and don't return my calls! I purchased a Groupon for their carpet cleaning service. First it took me three times to get them to return my call to even schedule the service. When they finally called me back they tried to argue that I wasn't in their service area - I should have taken that as a sign of bad things to come. When I showed them a map to demonstrate that I was, they finally scheduled an appointment -- and then never showed up. I tried to call for a refund and just got a receptionist who claimed they had no record of me - until I proved that they did. I asked to have a manager call me back - but they never did. I can't recall the last time I took time to post a review of any service - positive or negative - but this was ridiculous. Use this service at your own risk. read more

The driver got here and said he wanted to see the rooms I'll show him the rooms he said that he had me down for four rooms and two staircases. Which I actually have five rooms but three of the rooms he's just Would have just been cleaning around the furniture so it's literally not even big as a hallway. I said how much more would it Be to do the extra bedroom that you do not have on your invoice he tells me $20 I said OK go ahead and do it.... Then he goes out to his van start getting ready comes back into the door and say I need to hook up to your water I need water I said you must gonna do one of those other rooms for me for free so I should get my water don't you supposed to come with all of that he goes no I still got a charge you the $20 extra for the room and now that I think about it he get water out of my house and still didn't do it...This company is trash you definitely get what you pay for just call Stanley steamer or someone else other than Goodson steamers ain't nothing good about them definitely not the service or maybe it was just this person. Set an 8-10am appointment. They told me at 10:10 the driver had truck issues, here I am at 2 pm and this dude finally shows up. Parks in my driveway and never gets out. I'm in my garage and front yard 20 feet from him and he just leaves!!! When I call back to say wtf he lies and says he knocked on the door! And refused to come back after 5 mins. I took a 10 hour overtime day off work to be here. Not only am I down $500 I also didn't get to any of my other appointments I had planned to do today!!! I googled "bonnet dry cleaning Livonia" and they came up as the 1st choice through the website "kudzu". I called, asked about the bonnet dry cleaning and the woman said, yes, they can do it. Scheduled my appt well over a week out. The man showed up (looking incredibly unprofessional) and said that he has never heard of bonnet dry cleaning and they don't do it. WTF! Service was for carpet and furniture. If I could give zero I would have. Spot remains after supposedly cleaned. Furniture still wet after overnight drying. I could have rented the equipment and did it myself. Professional work not a chance. I had my furniture cleaned at another upholstery place before and was able to sit on it late in the evening. The other place wasn't available until the following week. Guess I'll wait next time. Also after the carpet drys it still not clean. read more

The level of unprofessionalism with this company is astonding. I was scheduled an appointment for the hours of 3pm - 5pm, meaning the tech was due to show between 3 and 5, I called at 2pm and validated he was still coming, I get a call at 4:20 saying he was 35 to 40 minutes away. At 5:30 I called to ask the arival time and he says 30 more minutes. At 5:45 he calls and asks if I wanna "just reschedule" because he is in traffic. I said no. The rep was a NO SHOW. Horrible company to deal with. I was quoted for a cleaning and putting in padding. They missed their first appointment, were late to their second appointment and for the third. The second appointment was for the cleaning and the third was for the installation of padding. They guy tried to charge me more than what I had already paid for previously for the whole deal. When I showed him the receipt he said fine. He put in a new pad and it was the wrong size! You can clearly see the step down from where the new pad meets the old pad and when I mentioned this, the guys said: "You know what?! Don't pay me! Goodbye!" He literally took off, didn't finish putting down the carpet and just left. Even worse, when I called their offices, whoever answered had the audacity to yell at me for "not paying his guy". The man on the phone would not let me even finish my sentence to clarify what had happened. Now i'm out all this money and STILL need to call another company to come put in the proper sized padding. Really really happy with the way our carpets and our couch came out. Gave us a great price on doing the couch last minute - which I appreciated. And this was the most reasonable place to do our stairs (who knew people charge so much to do stairs!) Would use them again and would probably have them clean my cars' carpets too. Goodson's came out the next morning to clean all of the carpets in the home we just purchased. The original owners were pet owners and did not take care of the carpets AT ALL. I was positive the carpets wouldn't come clean and we would have to purchase all new carpet. Goodson's got the carpets looking brand new! They were also amazing to work with. read more

I know my carpet was filthy, but when you miss whole sections, you can move the couch and lazy boy but forget to move the love seat and table because the owner has to tend to their 3 yrold they have alot to be desired. i most likely will NOT ues them again. read more
