This Carpet Company goes Above and Beyond what it advertises. First when I called the Lady who spoke and set up my appointment was So Professional, then Alex comes out to Clean my Carpets in Hallway. Expertise on Carpets and what sprays to bring my Carpet back to its original Condition was Paramount. Already called my Family and Friends to recommend them. Used Stanley Steemer in the past to be very disappointed with smelly wet Carpets. Not this time. Carpet Dried within 4 hours and my Grandson was able to walk around barefooted. Had them come to clean carpeting in 2 rooms and stairs and top of landing. Couple things you should know, they do not tell you how much it will be until they arrive. And they do prices are all high. They only try and clean whatever they can walk by they will not move a chair or even a coffee table. I had them at end of day so there truck was low on water?. In the family room doorwall they refused to clean better by the door "the carpet is old and it wont come out" They advertise they use a on their web site with a "Special" brush which they don't want to use because it slows them down. The carpet even being streamed clean was not even damp after they cleaned mostly just a vacuum cleaner at that point Putting down detergent appears to be something they don't want to use. Just steam. I asked them after they started packing up after I took a look and saw all the spots they missed including by the door they would not do that location with the steamer because the carpet was to old and to much dirt. I just bought the "Old" top of line carpeting from Town and County carpet in Plymouth 14 months ago. The one kid who appeared to be in charge was a sarcastic and argumentative when I politely asked him to clean better around the door and other spots they would not do. I would never recommend them, to many others to pick from. read more

From what I can tell they did a good job cleaning the carpet but I did have to remind them several times to make sure they clean under the couches and chair just like they did for the rest of the carpet as I wanted the entire carpet cleaned exactly the same. I had moved all the furniture out of our living room except for 2 couches and a chair. I did purchase the extra cleaner added for $45 which they originally did not add under the couches and chair but then added it only after I asked them if they did add it. Slightly disappointed in the people who cleaned the carpet since I had to keep asking them to clean where the couches and chair were (I did tell them that we do move the furniture to a different layout through the year which is why I was insistent on them cleaning the entire carpet). read more

I had a mattress, sofa, and bedroom carpet to be cleaned. Our granddaughter lived in the bedroom for 7 years, so you can imagine what it looked like. There were stains that I didn't think would ever come out. I thought we would need to replace the carpet. But Alex got every stain out of the carpet, and the sofa and mattress looked and smelled like new! Got everything done for way less than it would have cost to replace the carpet. Really great team. They cleaned my carpets, my sofa and grout in my mudroom as well as my scary Michigan basement stairs. My carpet was so bad from my dog and some accidents she had. It was gross. It now looks great. They don't just clean the surface. The other big thing I noticed is they put down a tarp before running their hoses and equipment over my hardwood floors.
