We were really disappointed as we love the look of the buses and the competitive prices of the company. Luckily, we were able to book the bus for a birthday party weeks later and it was as fun as expected. Our bus driver was extremely accommodating to our party, the bus was clean and the stereo was of good quality. Adding a cooler of jungle juice is a must! Can't wait to work with Paramount again!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company completely ruined my friend's 21st birthday…read morecelebration--not once, but twice. First, they cancelled the day of the original party bus in February due to cold weather, which had been predicted for days. Despite the last-minute cancellation, they refused to offer a refund, forcing us to reschedule far after my friend's actual birthday. When we finally rescheduled, they promised us an extra hour on the party bus to make up for the inconvenience. But on the day of, they changed their minds again, and instead "upgraded" us to a larger, crappier bus--one my friend deliberately didn't book in the first place. It was freezing cold inside and just plain run-down. To top it off, the bus broke down at our first stop, and started smoking heavily. We had to cut the night short, and instead of a refund, they just told us we'd have to reschedule yet again. The only reason I'm giving them one star is because they at least got us back to Brookings safely and didn't leave us stranded in a random town. But overall, this was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. My friend now has to plan a third birthday party because this company can't follow through on basic professionalism. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

got stuck in a pothole @ 3am and didn't get out till 6:30am. the bus drivers didn't know where they…read morewere going and took the wrong turns multiple times. delayed our trip by 5 hours and we were suppose to arrive in florida at 8am and didn't get there till 1pm. we are suppose to arrive home at 1:30am but now going to arrive at 7:30am. worst trip I ever been on.
