When I arrive at my destination I open the hood and oh surprise I find the radiator without the cover on correctly 《 I have photos) after I had problems of overheating the sheath did not burst knowing the importance of this radiator cover for the engine cooling system., and for a future after this fact the engine may last much less than it was going to last or melt down very soon.and if that happens to me who responds to me???? I do not recommend this site at all, it does not look a professional service. Since that day my vehicle is standing still,, now I have to pay a tow truck ($200 $300) to take my vehicle to a workshop true professionals of the subject and hope that the engine does not burst, if it has a solution and spend how much money????? read more

Had my air conditioner repaired by this location in December 2024. Tried to use the AC about a week ago - outside air was cooler than what was in the car so I ended up shutting the AC off. Went there today (3/24/2025) and had to find the customer service attendant to get an update on my vehicle. I'm a caretaker and need to be home as soon as possible but after waiting 1.5 hours and hearing nothing I ended up calling the phone number from the waiting room. I finally got an update and the car was ready. I would have paid (they charged nothing) but was more aggravated with receiving NO INFORMATION on the vehicle so I could determine what to do (arrange for ride). If you are going here you'll have to keep on top of the situation to get your updates otherwise you may end up waiting longer than you need to. Going forward I'll use another service place closer to home so that I can walk home and leave the vehicle - less "pacing" that way. read more

Having a rough start to the week by finding a screw in my tire. I went to Family Tire in Hollywood to get it patched but it was a three hour wait. So I whipped out my handy dandy yelputer to find an alternative for tire repair. I see several pop up near Pembroke and I95 with various ratings. Goodwear Tire stood out because of all the great reviews. I should have called but since I was late for work I took a chance that the location would be less busy. Luckily, it was less busy. My tire repair was completed within 20 minutes. Brian did a great job of getting me in and out quickly as well as providing a lot of good car advice. Turned my Monday around to get great service at a very reasonable price. Update 6/30 Another screw in tire. Immediate and great repair. Thanks to Brian and team. Been here a bunch of times and I always go here to get my tires installed! The staff is honest, very friendly, and an independent style with a level of personal attention and courtesy you just don't find anymore these days. They'll take the time to explain everything to you and wont perform any unnecessary maintenance like the chains are programmed to do. So why not 5-stars? Because 5-stars mean "as good as it gets" and the customer area and place itself does look a bit run down, old, and shoddy. My tire was completely torn off of the rim and I could not get the special lug it off of my tire because the special key was stripped. A complete different tire company sent me to "Good Wear" because they too could not take my special lug nut off. I was told Good Wear specializes in these specific situations. I called Good Wear & they were super helpful, even though they were closing within 10mins once I called they still waited & helped me out. The gentleman was able to take off my lug nuts in 10mins of me getting my car towed there. They were extremely professional. I will definitely come back if I ever have an issue my with tires/lug nuts & absolutely will recommend them. I loved that I was in & out. read more

Brian is not allowed to retire until they invent never-need-replacing tires. That's all you need to know. I've probably had 15 sets of tires installed on our and my mom's cars by Brian over the decades. Always polite. Always friendly. The times I've had one of my children with me, he's always been attentive to make sure they were entertained. The first time I changed my oil at this organization they used an incorrect filter on my vehicle, which I later found out when doing a second oil change. I decided to give them a try again, I called ahead to make an appointment the receptionist I spoke with told me there is no need to make an appointment I can come right away and I will be served. Upon arriving this was not the case, I passed several other places to come here the gentleman (Carlos) told me that he can't do anything on me vehicle because they are too busy to accommodate me even though I called ahead. Wasted time, poor service and very unprofessional is how I would describe this organization.
