Quality tires as promised and very quick ez in and out if you get there at the right time

This is my second time coming here, and I've had nothing but great service both times. They offer free WiFi, the inside is cool and comfortable, and they even provide free drinks and chips while you wait. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Today, I was able to get some work done while my car was being serviced -- I needed to fix three tires.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The only downside this time was that they only had the option for new tires and not used, which was a bit of a financial inconvenience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Absolutely terrible experience with Mr. Goma Tires in Miami Gardens.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We paid almost $300 for two brand-new tires, and shortly afterward one of them started losing air around the rim. The car had not even been driven after the tires were installed, yet when we returned they immediately blamed us and claimed the tire had been damaged by an impact. That explanation makes absolutely no sense. Instead of standing behind their work, they refused to take responsibility. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Even worse, they would not allow us to speak with a manager.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I find it ironic that the "manager" seems to have plenty of time to respond to every negative review online, but apparently had no time or willingness to come out and speak with an actual customer standing in the store asking for help.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] To make matters worse, after paying for NEW tires, they put a USED tire on the vehicle because they claimed they had no new ones available. How is it acceptable to charge customers for new tires and then replace one with a used tire? The lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service is unbelievable. If something goes wrong, don't expect them to stand behind their work or even have the courtesy to let you speak to management. I would never recommend this place to anyone and strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. read more

Sometimes you see reviews, and you think "there's no way they have to be writing them themselves or manipulating the algorithm..." You definitely don't have to worry about the bait and switch or being upsold on wipers, nitrogen, or any of the rest of it. I contacted them online and came to an agreement on price for 4 tires and install. I legit was thinking there has to be a catch for the price Carlos gave me on the tires. I made an appointment with Carlos for 8am on a Saturday, was in and out in 30 min with Bridgestone Potenza sport tires in 265/40/19 for about 1/2 the price I was able to find them anyplace else, local or online. I cannot recommend this place enough when you need tires. read more

My review is based on work not done rather than done. I took my car in for a repair (replacement of the valve stem on a tire) and the manager recommended against having it done. He explained why it wasn't essential, and what the possible down side was. It wouldn't have been a big sale, but not everyone would have done that. read more

They lie. Well Daniel lies, don't know about the other employees. He told me over the phone that they had 2 tires in great condition with no patches or plugs. Drive 20 minutes only to get there and find that one tire had a sidewall patch in it and the other had a large nail on it. So I needed a tire replacement and wanted a front tire replaced. They said ok but they took a look and saw my rear tire was flat, and my front just had a nail in it. So they asked if instead they could plug it and replace the rear tire. So after reading the reviews about this place, I finally decided to try them since my Lexus service warranty has ended. I am very impressed by how quick and professional I was treated and their prices on a wheel alignment and balance was extremely competitive. I feel confident since they had amazing reviews and now I'm adding my own. Milton is the technician that serviced my car and he kept updating me on the status of my car. Juan and Rafael up front were friendly and hustled for everyone. I will definitely recommend them and will be coming back to get my tires refilled with nitrogen, which sounds cool but I don't really know what it will feel like to drive. read more
