Several times I have telephoned for help and have gotten advice over the phone; ex: what to do with a kitten which was gasping for air, bubbling at the mouth, and Dr. Wilson diagnosed that it had gotten something stuck in its throat and offered an easy-to-administer home remedy which saved the kitten. No charge. They're no-nonsense, practical, know their business, easy to work with. Our 4-H kids got yearly notification reminders to have their pets wormed, annual shots, check-ups.
