Nothing is too overpriced and they usually run a sale so be sure to ask. They are well organized as well as the DVDs. You can't beat the pricing for hard cover books at $1.49 each. It wasn't until I left that I noticed I was charged $2.99 for a book and $4.99 for the Forest Gump DVD. These items had small stickers on the spine that I thought were hold overs from the person who donated the items. The other books were $1.49. The children's book I purchased was only 49 cents. I will be back because this is next door to one of my favorite ice cream shops!

Today I was in this morning. They have stuff priced for more then I can buy it new. Yes, no exaggeration but here was one of the most JAW DROPPING price tags. Empty jars that candles came in .. for 3.99 each. YEP... completely empty clear glass jars that used to have a candle in it. Some even with the old label still on them and they are selling them for 4 bucks a piece! GEE I wonder how much you could sell a Tomato sauce jar for? I hope they have an explanation for this and please since I cant imagine that they could explain it.. I hope they have someone go through their shelves and price items like they are not on dope. MY PLAN moving forward Ive ALWAYS donated to Salvation army with $$ with household goods and by shopping there. Im going to start donating to smaller thrift stores that are not trying to match new store prices. There are Thrift stores that continue to do the work locally.. sell their donated items at a sensible profit without overpricing everything and treat their senior and veteran communities with a respectful discount one day a week.
