They also happily doubled the price for the games I sold as an incentive to accept in-store credit, which is totally fine at the low prices they sell their used games. I will totally be coming back should I have more games that I don't need anymore.

Yesterday (9/29/2019) I called the store 6 times trying to get a hold of a store associate to get some prices on a few items and nobody picked up. Today, (9/30/2019) I called the store 2 times and unfortunately still no answer. I believe phone calls need to be a priority and the mom and pops store down the road, Games4Less, picked up on the first time today. It's unfortunate because I really love Gamestop but it's beginning to get really hard to support a business that doesn't answer the phone.
