They also happily doubled the price for the games I sold as an incentive to accept in-store credit, which is totally fine at the low prices they sell their used games. I will totally be coming back should I have more games that I don't need anymore.

I believe phone calls need to be a priority and the mom and pops store down the road, Games4Less, picked up on the first time today. It's unfortunate because I really love Gamestop but it's beginning to get really hard to support a business that doesn't answer the phone.

After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I drove to the front of the store and asked an exiting customer to go in and ask them to come out. A young man came out and said I had to come in. Now I'm visably handicapped but he said the s ame thing again. I gave him my license and another employee came out and spoke to me in a very condesending manner and clearly saw that I was old and handicapped. Nasty experience and I have to take the product back.
