Upon my arrival I was told they were actually unable to remove the link and that I would need to return it to Breitling for them to handle it. Additionally I brought a ring to that other jeweler to resize. They were unable to assist me as they did not have a laser soldering machine and my stone is heat sensitive. The "other" jeweler referred me to Lester & Co., and not only did Lester & Co. have the equipment needed to properly size my ring, but they were also able to remove the watch link on the spot! The level of service I received at Lester & Co. today was beyond impressive! I am so grateful that they took the time to truly offer me the help I needed. I can say definitively that Lester & Co. has earned my business for my next jewelry purchase!

We also had called several places on the way to check out and Pentaltha Jewelry was our first and closest stop. I already paid what they had listed online plus shipping and they were dismissive and rude. I've checked my accounts and they have made no attempt to initiate a refund yet, but they were very quick to cancel the order.
