Their only requirement is that you have FOUR large bags of clothes included in that pick up. I do love what they do with the item as well. The website is organized and easy to use. They called to confirm my pick up date, and even the driver called when he was 15 minutes out. Easy-peasy! **Don't waste your time trying to search for direct-care organizations to donate larger items (e.g. foster care facilities, transitional housing, homeless shelters) like I did. No one else will take them directly or has space to store them.**
